The hotel is at the end of metro line M3, with a big nearby shopping center named "KÖKI" (abbreviation of the name of the surrounding city part and the station of Köbanya-Kispest). There is a (quite) big open parking inside the hotel, which is free for the guests. The rooms are clean and confy, the staff is friendly and ready to help. We stayed as family there in 2014 and liked it so much that we came again in 2023. Though a little bit off the city center, it shouldn't be a problem for anyone who doesn't mind traveling by public transport. Definitily a good value for the money.

The lift in the hotel is not barrier-free - there is a small portion of stairs between the lift and the ground floor (where the reception is). That might be a problem for anyone with heavier luggage, strollers or the elderly or dissabled persons.

Room was small but good. Had privacy, I like to sleep there. Cleaners took care of cleanliness. Breakfast was very nice!

First night the heater stopped working while it was very cold outside. It was fixed immediately the next day when I told the receptionist, so that was fine. The seat of the toilet could not be put up as the space in between was too small. For a man this is not good,and I either sit or have to be very careful. Placing a hook to fasten the seat when upright would remedy the problem. The last 2 days the shower did not always keep its stable temperature - maybe because more people showering at the same time and the system overloaded.

The breakfast was exceptional, the buffet had a great choice of food, sweet and savoury, and drinks. The location was perfect, 5 min walk to the metro which will take you to the center of Budapest in 15 minutes. The airport bus is also 5 minutes away from the accommodation. Great authentic restaurant just by the corner of the hotel. We completely enjoyed our stay, the staff was helpful and very quick at solving any inquiries we might have had, great communication. Free parking.

The location is good, at the outskirts of the city, conveniently in between the airport and downtown. The staff is very nice and helpful, with an unusual wide smile even in the middle of the night. Good breakfast.

A bed barely fit in the tiny room, and you can hear every single word, snoring and couples from the same floor. We had a clogged shower, the cleanliness is not the best, very basic and worn accommodation, would need plenty of touch ups or even a major renovation. However, not bad for the buck, would stay here again and looking forward to major improvements.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel with an excellent location. It's within walking distance of a massive shopping center, a bus station, and the metro's final stop, providing an affordable and quick journey to the heart of Budapest. The staff was pleasant and helpful, guiding us through everything. The room was clean, and there's complimentary parking on-site. The breakfasts were delicious. Overall, I had the most delightful experience, and I highly recommend it. I'll definitely be returning.

Lovely, helpful staff on reception, which was manned 24 hours. Excellent room - quiet, air-conditioned, with fridge & tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel is too far out of the city to walk, but it only took 17 mins on the metro to reach the centre for sightseeing and shopping. Having said that there is a small shopping mall & central bus station (together with the metro), only 2 minutes walk away. Excellent breakfast with hot & cold choices.

No good local places to eat in the evening. There is a restaurant just around the corner from the hotel. We ate there on the day of arrival, after a very hot 12 hour drive, because we were tired & very hungry, but we were disappointed with the food and never ate there again during our stay. Also, be aware that last metro from centre is around 23.15pm, but you can always grab a 'Bolt'/taxi BOTH POINTS OBVIOUSLY NOTHING TO DO WITH THE HOTEL, JUST THE LOCATION!

We stayed for 2 nights between flights and during the day we were out exploring the city. For this purpose, the hotel was fine. The staff was very pleasant; they offered to pack us a take away breakfast because we had to check out before the scheduled breakfast time. The room was clean

The biggest inconvenience was the noise during the nights, both from outside and within the hotel. Some noise insulation would do the hotel good because having the windows closed didn't really change to sound levels from outside. As for the noise from within, when you have guests that don't care about anyone else when coming back at 2AM, there's not much to be done The room we got was also quite small, which could become an annoyance if you plan to stay in the room for longer periods of time. if you are a heavier person, you will have a bad time trying to turn around in the bathroom or walking between the beds. We saw some of the rooms while there were bein cleaned and were significantly bigger, so it might be a gamble on what you get

The staff was very careful and polite. They satisfied every single demand of us. The breakfast was ok and the personnel was very pleasant. The room was a little bit too small for us, and the air conditioner was positioned directly to the bed, but per assembly, everything was ok. The place is very close to a Commercial Centre. We will come back with pleasure another time for sure.

There was nothing to be qualified as ”did not like”. We will return. Maybe the ”Free Parking” was exposed at the entrance and at the Reception we were charged, but insignificantly (1000 Huf).

The location of the hotel is very convenient for the night transfer to the airport. Many tourists use these advantages. However, the reception desk provided very limited information about the stop and tickets for bus 200 E. It would be very convenient if there was a map of the bus stop to the airport and an explanation of where to buy tickets.

Breakfast was excellent! Rooms were clean. Location is good, not too far from center but also not that close.

When I arrived man working on the reception wanted to charge me for 9 month old baby sleeping with us! Then they called a manager who said it's okay. So that was very rude. Also they don't respond to e-mails at all, just ignore it. The rest of hotel staff were okay but need improvement with behavior towards guests.
