The coffee / bar near the entrance where you could get food and drink The bar staff were so kind and helpful The reception staff were outstanding and helped with directions around Budapest and to the athletics stadium Rooms were clean and the bed comfortable The location for the stadium for the world athletics was very good and also the Budapest city centre

The bathroom was not that modern and was small Breakfast seating was a little chaotic but I think that was because of the world athletics and lots of athletes wanting food at the same time The quality of breakfast was excellent

The location is superb especially that I've attended on a concert at the Arena which was super close.

The reception staff was not welcoming, they did not even acknowledge me whilst I was waiting for someone just before check in, even thiugh I was standing literally next to the desk. I wouldn't say the staff is rude but definetly there is a room for improvement when it comes to hospitality services and how to treat guests. The housekeeper supervisor has entered the room before the check out time and checked if we have left the room which was really strange and bothering in the same time.

Great hotel, despite other reviews we thoroughly enjoyed. Just over £600 for triple room for 4 nights. 5 min walk to Puskas Stadium perfect for events (we came for Rammstein) and 5 min to the metro station albeit slightly dodgy through a dark alleyway and car park full of litter. If I had another event I would definitely return. About 15min on metro into Budapest so not too far out either. 2 bottles of beer, bottle of water, packet of cookies and cheese pastries on arrival were awesome! Bathroom and room modern, other areas of hotel less so but didn’t really matter. Needs better air con in the room as this was poor. Room and other areas clean, towels soft and beds comfy, lots of channels on the TV and shower was super powerful. Fridge in room is useful and balcony was nice too, but litter needs picking up from the balcony areas below floor 2 as it isn’t great to look down at! Housekeeping wasn’t the best, beds not made properly, bins not emptied, used mugs not removed etc. Overall a good hotel. Didn’t try the pool or food but looked great. Minus a star for housekeeping being poor and bad air con.

Comfortable and large bed. Location was immediately next to the Arena we were visiting for a concert. Easy access to buses and Metro. It was surprisingly quiet in the room. Not too central but everywhere quite easily reachable, especially to and from the airport. Friendly staff.

For a 4-star hotel, I expected a bit of a greater variety of breakfast options. The reason may have been because we may have been travelling slightly off-season. The upside to this is that there were not many people for breakfast - no queues and ample space to sit. The cleaning service could have been better, not in cleaning as such, but in providing essentials. We had to ask for more toilet paper because it was not replaced, and the tissue box by the sink was left empty once they had been used.

The location is great, the bus station to the city center is close. Everything you may require is available in the rooms. The rooms are very clean. According to the price, you won't be upset.

Parking in front of the hotel should be free for at least check-in. I parked short time for checking and language drop off they charged. Okay not much but not welcoming either. Breakfast was not worth it. Don't choose breakfast inclusive. There is a separate cafe in the lobby for better breakfast & coffee there!

A big hotel a bit far from the center, but that is not the problem for visiting all attraction of the wonderful city of Budapest as there is a metro station next to the hotel, as well as tram and bus stations with lines to almost all parts of the city. There is an underground parking lot of the Arena Sports Center behind the hotel. Room was fine, clean and comfortable, it was good value for money if you exclude poor wi-fi.

Poor WI-FI in the room, I couldn't connect with my laptop at all and used Internet on my phone for moments standing next to the room door. Probably the room was too far from the router as Wi-Fi seems to work better in common spaces of the hotel, so if you need to work in the room, be sure to ask for a room closer to the WI-FI router.

The hotel was nice, the staff was great. I arrived early, and the room was not ready yet (expected, and fine), they stored my luggage and checked me in. I came back later and the room was ready, it was nice, with a large window and decent view. You can tell by the design of the hotel that it is older, but is well kept up. Even the staff that struglles with English is very pleasant and accomodating.

The common spaces look like you have traveled back in time to the 80s, and the elevators are slow and take forever because they stop on every floor, otherwise everything is great.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Fantastic breakfast with amazing choices. Great quality, great coffee and pastries. Highlight of the stay Located very close to buses and the Metro and minutes away from the Arena Mall

Cafe food meals were quite expensive. Hotel a little outdated but served the purpose. Staff could smile a little more. Not very friendly Never ever enough coffee or tea in the room. One sachet each for two people in the room was ridiculous. Had to constantly chase the cleaners or room service for extra sachets and still given two!! As we travelled in late March early April, we learned hotels don't put on the Air conditioning until summer so our room was stuffy and uncomfortable.. We were forced to open the windows which resulted in ridiculous traffic noise

The staff was friendly and helpful; at the end of our stay, a staff member helped make sure we found our taxi driver to the airport. The room was clean and spacious enough for 2 people. Included as a welcome package was a bottle of water and some freshly baked cookies, which was a nice touch. The TV had HD sports channel, which allowed us to watch UCL final. There was also a cafe, breakfast service, massage service and pool, which we didn't use. The hotel is located just a minute away from the M2 metro line, which made travelling to the city centre extremely convenient.

This is not so much as a criticism, but more of a nit-pick, the building and interior are slightly dated and a renovation could be nice.

We went to a concert on the nearby stadium. The position of the hotel is great for that purpose but not only . Its very easy to find. Staff is very friendly and speaks English. Room was big enough for a couple and so it was the bathroom. Very clean! Soundproofed as outside there is a lot of noise from the metro station! Breakfast was varied with a few options for anyone! In the lobby there is a bar open where you can serve lunch or dinner so you don't have to go somewhere else if you are in a hurry! There is a parking nearby - underground with a better price for 24h!

Parking is limited with no possibility to reserve! very limited and very narrow with little room for maneuvers!
