the location was not in the center but there is a bus station and tram in front of the hotel

All our rooms were very clean, bright and airy - our mattress was really comfortable. The staff went up and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and take care of any of our needs. The breakfast was buffet, with the staff continuously replenishing it. The hotel is a 15 min bus ride to the city centre (although we had cars and always found parking spaces (free) right outside the hotel's main entrance.

Unfortunately they didn't have any ordinary tea bags at breakfast - they did have earl grey and other fruity kinds (strawberry, blackcurrant, etc.), but as my wife's a Brit, she was left a bit stunned by that.

The hotel is simple, BUT exceptionally clean. Starting from carpets, towels, bed linens, table covers during breakfast - stainless snow-white! I know that in a prefect world it should be like this (stayed at Hyatt, Kempinski and others of this kind, it's normal there for 200+ Euro/night, but not 50 like here). So would be great if other middle class hotels follow this rule too, as Diana Club does. Quite a surprise for such a modest price. Very welcoming staff, I asked for extra time for checkout as I had to finish my meeting - no problem. Nice breakfast too. 15 mins of nice walk to Keleti railway station. Thank you for everything!

It is a nice indie hotel run by non-corporates, meaning the staff do not hate their jobs and they are friendly with customers, it is a bit far from the "action" but not bad for you to get in some exercise. Rooms are "vintage" shall we say but I like the old-school vibes. Area is interesting, some older social clubs where the old men sit out at night and play cards together, some parks, not super far from some punk/indie looking dives. Nice cold AC that allowed me to sleep in the sweltering heat of Budapest. Free luggage storage. Super nice and lovely woman that manages the desk during the day, she loves to give advice about where to go for tourists.

Breakfast was kinda mid. That is my only real complaint.

Everything was nice. Bus/tram is right at the corner (1 min walking). The staff Monica. She was so nice. I came very early morning. She let me check in to an available room. Another lady (blonde hair), she also gave all information and helped me. The ladies in the restaurant were also kind and always smiles. The room was very clean.

It’s not about the hotel. But the location of the hotel is little bit in an odd area/road. However the bus/tram is just outside of the hotel, so it’s better to catch the train quickly, specifically in the evening. I didn’t like to go outside at night. Another thing is the noise from the road. You have to adjust with that.

Friendly staff who added an extra bed because we were a family of 4, staying in a room for 3. Room was spacious and clean. The hotel is perfect when you travel with a car as there's free parking in front. Public transport is also right there. And there's a/c. Would stay here again.

The right area (when you leave the front door) looks/feels a bit shady. We simply skipped that area. On the left it's totally fine. Mattresses are slightly hard (but we had a good sleep) and I wish there was a water cooker in the room. But that's not a deal breaker.

The room is very and very clean, no complain at all. The heating is perfect as well. The staffs are very friendly. Very worth in term of value of money, if you okay with outskirt area, 3.5 km from city center then you will get very clean hotel but not touristic area. Around 30 rooms and mostly always full on the weekend as one of choice of some local tourists that trying to avoid expensive hotel in the city center.

The location is not good, the environment, the view (loading building of Hungary post office) etc, even only 3.5km fröm the city center. Located in the china town and i really enjoyed the food and hotpot close to the hotel (always full at night). Actually the tram stop and bus shelters are very close (within 100-300 m from the hotel) and but it takes 30 minutes to city center.

Air conditioning was perfect. Clean bedsheets. Very comfy mattresses and pillows. The area was a little bit far from the city centre but well connected by public transportation. Although the breakfast options are limited it’s enough for a simple meal. Overall, considering the price and the provided services we were satisfied with our stay and will surely consider it once again.

Missing toiletries upon request to the reception. One person wasn’t served with clean towels after the first day.

The hotel was lovely, with great value for the money! The staff were kind, talkative, and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning, and the breakfast staff were so lovely 😍 The location was perfect, it was quiet, close to public transport and in a great location to get all over Buda and Pest sides. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, and a great view of the city 👌. I really enjoyed my stay and will def. suggest this hotel to others traveling to Budapest.

Personel was very nice and helpful. Room was very very clean. Location in very quiet place, very close to city center, bus and tramp stops about in 200m from hotel. Breakfast included. Local hungarian chease and ham, very nice scrambed egg, planty a salad, juice to choose, tasty tea and coffee, dessert included. At the last day we set off at 3am and we get lunch box to go.
