The location was great, a couple of minutes walking distance from the nyugati railway station and metro, tram stop and the Westend shopping mall. Also walking distance from the parliament, Margaret Island and other places to visit. The hotel staff is friendly and welcoming, very helpful and kind. The reception was open until 5 pm so they gave us clear instructions of how to enter and what to do when we arrived late and they were not around. There was no breakfast room in the hotel, but there was a recommendation placed at the reception for a nearby café which was very nice and just round the corner from the hotel. And there were many other cafés and restaurants in the vicinity, so plenty to choose from. The room was spacious and clean, it had a hot water kettle and complimentary coffee and also a small refrigerator. The bathroom was also very clean and spacious. Overall it was a very pleasant hotel for a short weekend getaway.

It was a bit noisy at night, especially with the open windows we could hear the cars and people talking. The wifi signal was very weak and it kept disconnecting.

The hotel is located less than five minute walk from the train station, located in a nice quiet neighbourhood, everything was easily accessible, restaurants, historical sites, the parliament was 10 minute walk to the tram station number two. The staff was very friendly and provided very clear information for check in which was super fast, as we came in during hours when the reception is closed. The room was big enough and had all we needed for our stay, except that that the hotel has strict policy for towels.

They do not provide service for room cleaning in late hours, you have to stick to the clock. Unfortunately, we are late sleepers, so missed room cleaning.

Wasn't sure about the hotel when I first arrived as it looked to be located in a not so attractive locale. But I once inside I was pleasantly surprised. With a background in hotel management. It was quite clear that the management prioritises cleanliness better than most 3 star hotels I've been to. Excellent customer service from Zena & Judith as well made the stay even more enjoyable.

The lack of a lounge area or somewhere to just chill if you need to check out early and have a very late flight can be a bit of an inconvenience as you need as no where to sit or relax, you need to leave hotel and find somewhere outside to wait / kill time.

Front desk persons (I have met two) were both excellent! Kind and helpful (with good English). Room was spacious and clean. Location is really good, close from the main station but surprisingly quiet. (Warning: a bit tricky with big suitcase for there’s no cross walk to get to, and you have to either go around a few blocks to cross or bring the luggage up and down stairs to go underpass)

The cleaning people were loud and chatty and they start quite early (way before the check out time, like, 8:00 am in the morning…) And also there’s no one at the reception after certain hours (5:00 pm?) and because I was traveling alone and the front desk and the entrance are just dimly lit after hours, I felt a little insecure coming back in the evening.

The property was situated 2 minutes from the metro/trams/buses so in an excellent position. If you prefer to walk it’s also close to many of Budapests landmarks. There are many bars and cafes/ restaurants nearby and I would highly recommend Firkasz restaurant in Tátra street for typical Hungarian food, it has a lovely atmosphere with a live pianist to accompany your meal. There is a corner shop to buy snacks/drinks and milk. The lady on reception was lovely and very knowledgeable about the area and transport. The property was spotless with tea and coffee in the rooms but only enough supplies for one day so I would recommend you take a supply.

It’s a shame there was no bar or breakfast but I was informed that this could change soon. It would have been nice to have some tourist maps/information available at reception.

Our plane was delayed and we checked in at night. They sent us clear instructions for independent settlement. We checked into the room without any problems. The room was large, the beds were comfortable, there was an electric kettle and a set of coffee and tea. everything is clean. The hotel is located 7 minutes from the railway station on a very quiet, clean and safe street. I would stay there again

My children and I lived in the winter, the room was large and cool. Please leave warmer blankets for guests. I wasn't cold, but the children were. It is impossible to raise the temperature on batteries, there is no remote control for the air conditioner, and there is no one at the reception after 6 p.m. This is a minus that I want to draw the administration's attention.

Located only a few minutes walk from Nuygati Station, and despite the busy nearby location, the hotel is just off the main street, in a very quiet area. Our room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable, and the small window hardly let any outside light in. It was so quiet in the room, you could literally hear a pin drop. There's no breakfast room in the hotel, but our room had a small fridge which we stocked with goodies. The room had working air-conditioning, which on a warm day, was an absolute blessing. Lovely. Although the hotel doesn't feature 24hr check-in, and we arrived in the evening, check-in was painless, with the room key being exactly where the message from the hotel said it would be. When we checked out a few days later, the lovely gentleman on reception let us leave our bags in a storage room, so we could have our final day in Budapest without having to carry them around. He even chased us down the street, to tell us we could do so, after an email request the night before, had gone unanswered. That's what I call customer service. I cannot praise this place highly enough. For the price we paid, it was a bargain. It had hot running water, a comfortable bed, and air-conditioning. Coupled with great customer service, I couldn't possibly ask for more. I will certainly use this hotel when in Budapest again.

Absolutely nothing.

Staff is incredibly nice and made sure I had all the info to both find the hotel and to be able to do late checkin if necessary. Location is very good, it's in a quiet street and in walking distance to Nyugati train station and to the Parliament Bedroom is quite big and has everything needed for short stays Good value for money

The bathroom wasn't as clean as it could be. Room had a very small window that made air circulation difficult, plus the AC wasn't working.

The location is great, it's 15 minutes of walk to the Hungarian Parliament and 5 minutes to the railway station. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around. However, the street where the property is located is very quiet so we weren't disturbed by any noise (and if you want complete silence, you can just close windows - they are soundproof enough). The district looked quite safe. The Wi-Fi was great, we could work remotely and watch movies in the evening. The room was comfortable in general.

The early check-out at 10am is strange and inconvenient.

Perfect location for those who need to catch a train early in the morning. The desk is closed at night, and you use a keypad to enter the hotel. The area seemed safe for travelers; I would feel ok walking by myself. My room was small, clean, and had pot to boil water for a tea or coffee. The TV was operational, very small screen- that I didn't use. AC was working well and a fridge was available but unplugged. I wouldn't stay at this location unless you need to be near the station.

The rate was high for a very basic accommodation.
