It's not far from the parliament if you would like to walk its 20 mins walk to the centre, Train station and trams are few blocks away.

The breakfast was boring, Housekeeping is a total disaster. We stayed one week and never the beds were done properly also missing toiletries. The hotel standards are of a 3 star Hotel!

Junior suite was very comfortable. The two rooms were suitable size for the two of us and entertaining our friends. The lighting in the lounge was a little dark at first but got used to it. If you’re English speaking and want to watch TV bring a firestick or similar as only Sky News. The breakfast was a little basic, ours was included with the room but I doubt I’d have been happy if I had paid 15 euro for it. There are plenty of breakfast cafes about which our friends made use of instead.

Very convenient location. The hop on hop off route is close by - 5 minute walk.

The property was situated in a really good place for transport access and was within walking distance of many attractions should you like walking. The hotel was clean and staff were extremely helpful. There was a bar at the entrance. The rooms were a good size, comfortable, clean and had toiletries, coffee and a mini bar. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. On-site parking available at an extra cost. Breakfast was excellent.

My brothers room bathroom was a big problem as he couldn’t use the sink because every time he turned it on water leaked out onto the floor! He rang reception to report it and they said he couldn’t change rooms as the hotel was fully booked and they couldn’t mend it! No refund was offered for this inconvenience which would have been polite manners, so spoilt the stay as they had to use our room for cleaning teeth etc.

I did stay at his hotel many times over the last two decades. It always provided a decent service for a decent price. A welcome back note and a block of chocolates on my bed were a very nice gesture from the Hotel management. About 4 days before checking in they send the guest an email offering online check-in, great service which speeds up the checkin process as all they do on your arrival is an ID scan, get a signature on a hard copy of your online check-in form and hand over the room keys. Great Hotel location, short stroll to metro, trams, buses, trains, shops, cafes and dining. Hotel staff are highly professional and helpful. Breakfast room staff need a separate mention, they were literally run off their feet daily in the second half of the 3 hours long breakfast time but always provided a great service with a smile. During my latest stay I requested a change of rooms due to a plumbing issue in the bathroom. Not only did I get another room, I also got a free upgrade to a room with a terrace which was a rather nice touch.

I like that our room had a balcony and comfortable beds. Location is excellent, close to centre.

Not much light in the room, very dark, it was hard to pack up our belonging as room is soo dark, Wall, carpet need to be redone soon, as aged a lot, time for a refreshment, My partner is vegan ( health reason not by choice ) and apart of the previously requested soya milk it was not many options for him at the breakfast table, some pcs of vegetables, and margarine and fruits... that was it, No vegan sausages, no baked beans, no potato rosti , no vegan cheese or vegan yoghurt or vegan pate.... but lets hope will be some improvement in the future as more and more people choosing the vegan way of life.

Everything was perfect and smooth. We were able to leave the bags before the Check-In and after the Check-Out. Staff was helpful and nice. Hungarian staff was very nice and respectfull. Room was clean and beds were nice. Reception took care of everything. Internet worked. Cleaning staff went to the room everyday. Breakfast had a good variety of food. Everything tasty and we were able to eat well before starting our trips around Budapest. Location was perfect. It was really close to the Parlament. It was walking distance to transports and some main cultural spots. Informations about Budapest were available at the desk.

Nothing. This trip had an amazing experience

The breakfast was very good. The 2 ladies are staff were very helpful and polite. The downtown location was near public transit. The room was clean. We were only there for 1 night. Overall, a nice hotel.

The price was almost $200 Canadian for the night. However, considering it is downtown Budapest, thus very convenient with regards to catching public transit and getting where we wanted to go, it was worth it for the night. If we were staying longer, we may have chosen a cheaper hotel. It's all in what you can afford and/or are willing to pay.

The staff were really helpful. English speaking. The room was quiet, well fitted out. The shower was hot and powerful. Room cleaned and serviced every day. Breakfast was very good although the sausages were poor quality.

The bar is soulless and small. There is no restaurant except for the breakfast room. Parking near the hotel is a nightmare unless you can read the regulation notices in Hungarian. You need coins for parking meters and they are so hard to get as no one wants to change notes.

The room was clean and tidy. It was quiet. The breakfeast was very delicious. We had a lots of choice. The location was very good and easy to get anywhere into the town. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were happy to have hungarian guest.

The 2.nd day we did not have any coffee in the room. The first day we had a breakfeast late and there were not much choice left.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to the Parliament and Margaret Island. The rooms we were in were well equipped and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful, with a large choice of dishes, delicious and fresh. Although the hotel is in the busy city centre, it is on a side street, so it is quiet and you can relax. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Everything was fine.
