During our stay we had to call down to reception as there was works and drilling taking place so loudly and they told us it was emergency works - fair enough but my god was it so loud that it ruined the final hours of our stay

The hotel was situated in a great location. The staff was kind enough to provide us with an upgraded room which was highly appreciated and we received the room sooner than the normal checkin time. Room was extremely spacious and comfortable. Very friendly staff and always eager to help.

The cleaning was not thoroughly done before our arrival as the night stands were a bit dusty. Also for a 4 * hotel I would have expected to have slippers available in the room. Shower supplies were not refilled before our arrival (shampoo bottle head was broken and could’t be used). The staff was nice to provide additional towels though when requested. Addressing these small inconveniences would make this a perfect hotel.

Very comfortable room, well sound-proofed, nice shower - a good place to stay if you're looking for a reasonable night's sleep. I also received a room upgrade which was a nice bonus. Lovely building, well maintained, with a sense of space. The no. 4 & 6 tram stop is 2 minutes away - a very frequent service that takes you right across the city. The bar is pleasant with friendly staff and nice food.

There are cheaper hotels, but in my experience they're not as comfortable. Not totally central but this is offset by metro and tram service very close by.

I really liked the staffs and how they interacted. Especial thanks to Ádám Sashalmi from Reception and Rebecca from the Hotel Restaurant. They were very kind and helpful. Even the other staffs were really nice and helpful.

Couple of stuffs. In the room there were no slippers at all and this I wasn't expecting. Even the small hotels provide slippers to guests. You can improve this part. AC was good however either you can switch it On or Off. Guests can't control the temperature. It should be improved. As one day the ac was but I was sweating a bit. You can work on this part.

Breakfast was great and varied, you can find something for each taste. The spacious room was great because we were with the little child and his toys. The location was good, and the metro station is near so you have a connection to everywhere, but we prepare to walk and see the city from each side. The location was halfway between the river and the zoo, and that was perfect for walking. Also, the public garage is near the hotel, and there was a direct connection with this hotel, which was perfect for us. We were travelling as two families and asked to room be close to each other if possible. The hotel successfully respected this wish and we are very thankful that it was very important for us.

The mattress on the bed was too soft for me, and the sofa was not to good for adults to sleep. But for a little child, it was enough.

I really liked the front desk people who are very helpful. Especially when we asked them for early check in they were ready and also while leaving they arranged for a very big cab early in the morning as we were a total of 7 people.

We had not pre-booked the early breakfast as we had to catch the flight at 8:30 am and the buffet breakfast will be served normally only after 6:30 am. While checking out early at around 6:10 am , We requested for breakfast and the front desk did check with the cooking department but said the response from them was negative. While we checked personally with the cooking staff( a lady).she behaved a bit rudely as we insisted we wanted to have only fruits and nothing fancy at that time. Not sure what a difference of 10 mins can make as there were kids with us and they could have been a bit considerate. But barring this one issue we really enjoyed our stay and also enjoyed the breakfast which was complimentary.

Very nicely located, close to the city centre. Easily accessible to the metro, and bus stands. Several options of cafes and food outlets are available at a walking distance only. Staff was quite helpful in guiding us on several occasions.

The room size was comparatively small but it was nicely maintained. No complimentary water bottles were provided, not sure if it was excluded in my booking or if it is a normal practice in the hotels of Budapest. Overall a good experience.

Nora who checked me in was so friendly and helpful. There was a part of ceiling missing from my room, the gentleman at reception was really professional, offered to change a room straight away. I didn't change in the end but the ceiling was fixed the next day. Bed is very comfortable. Room is perfect.

It was half under construction which the hotel did not mention while booking. I was planning to sleep in but was woken up by the construction at 9. The next day was a saturday, the construction was supposed to start from 10 but there was some knocking noise from 8.

Excellent location,amazing building in terms of atmosphere! The staff was excellent and very helpful for all our inquiries concerning coty sig HR s and tickets. Amazing service by the whole staff especially Attiles the front office manager of the reception he arranged a sweet treat for my husbands birthday waiting us in the room and also 2 welcome drinks! Breakfast was beautiful and with-a big variety

The rooms were looking old, for sure they need a make over.. the furniture were old, the bathroom was not a 4*star hotel bathroom and no extras were provided like robes, slippers, shower caps etc. Cheap coffee was also offered in sachets in the room. For sure the rooms need a revamp as they do not match the luxurious feeling given by the establishment and its age.
