Good location. Large surface. The kitchen is available. Garden. Parking place nearby.

Would expect some small amount of salt, oil, and species always available in the kitchen. The extra fee for parking of 15 euro/day was not mentioned in the description, therefore unexpectable, but well understandable considering the actual urbanization environment.

Location is just convenient with lots of good food restaurants around. There is a very good Vietnamese restaurent name “Sen” just right the conner

This was for sure the best accommodation we've ever booked in Budapest, and we've been there a LOT of times! Studio was spotlessly clean, very big, comfortable and cosy, with absolutely everything you need even for a long stay. Everything was functional, strong wifi, very comfortable beds and pillows... I don't really know what's wrong with people writing about "big" pillows and problematic key? It literally takes two nerve cells to colide inside the brain to realise how to use the key, it's that simple. It's a security lock and the keys are absolutely funnctional. A possibility to use a parking garage in the downtown of the city and for a reasonable price is outstanding! The location is superb! Our all time favourite part of Budapest, everything is within a walking distance and so much great food around! Noise? Well, you're in the epicenter of one of Europe's most visited cities, what do you expect? Go to Buda side, go to some peripheral accomodation and you'll get silence. In Akacfa street this is what you get, and even on NYE time with so many people on the streets we were able to sleep pretty well because the apartment is so warm and cozy! This is definitely #1 place in Budapest we'll be looking for on our next visits, thank you for a warm welcome, complimentary bottle of champagne and everything that made our stay beautiful!

There's absolutely nothing we didn't like.

We were in Budapest for 4 days.We stayed at the Jade apartment of Agape Hotel.Very nice and clean accommodation situated in a peaceful location. The apartment is nestled within a courtyard, providing a serene atmosphere away from noise.The street is lined with plenty of restaurants and bars, and it's close to shops. The location is excellent, and you can reach everything within just a few minutes' walk. We are very satisfied!

it had all the facilities we needed and it was neat when we arrived. Towels and duvets were all provided. The location is also amazing! The metro station and bus stops are about a 2-4 minute walk from the accommodation. It's also a 7-minute walk from the Szimpla Kert Ruin bar. Most of the restaurants we planned to eat at were also within walking distance from the housing.

The lock on the door can be better. Our key couldn't fit into the lock while we were inside so we couldn't look with a key but there was a provision for a bolt and chain lock which we used.

Spacious apartment, really good location with great links to public transport. Nice and warm, great value for money.

We showed up past the opening hours of reception so the door man was supposed to let us in we rang the bell a few times and could see the man in his office but he just didn’t come and answer. We were about to call the emergency contact but luckily a group of people came who had a key fob so we were able to enter after them. The shower was pretty bad you couldn’t actually take a stand up shower as it was too low and unstable so had to sit down.

Good location, big balcony, comfortable bed, kitchen with all you need, 24h hot water. Everything was fine.

The door in the bathroom was dirty (previous tourists blew their nose at the door, that’s how it looked) so I had to clean it myself. Before renting the apartment I read that there may be problems with opening the lock in the apartment. In fact there is no problem. I just recommend that you practice opening/closing before leaving the apartment in order to understand how it works.

Excellent location. Had most of the basic facilities required. Staff helpful and courteous. Balcony was a nice addition> easy facility to contact Agape in an emergency was appreciated. I didn't need it but it was re-assuring to know it was there.

Bath / shower would need a handgrip. A bar of soap or liquid soap dispenser at the shower/ bath would be nice. Curtains barely covered window. Ann electric socket close to the table would have been helpful. Instructions for the coffee machine would have been useful. A list of nearby supermarkets and restaurants would have been helpful.

We liked the location. It is situated near a lot of places for tourists, restaurants, sightseeing spots and public transport are also in walking distance. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed, there are plenty of things and space in the kitchen, bathroom and the bedroom. There is a washing machine also.

Being located in the central part of the city and us having a room with a city view, it proved to be quite a noisy environment during daytime and at night.

The location is excellent and the building has an elevator. Privacy is great, you don't hear anyone in other apartments.

We asked for twin beds and got a double, which we didn't mind much, but it's worth noting. For some reason wifi doesn't work on laptops, which isn't ideal if you need to use a laptop for work. The bathroom looked clean but I didn't feel it was clean, however that could just be me.
