The breakfast buffet variety was fair enough. The location was great. The Spa area was quiet, clean, and lovely. Everything was there in the tiny Spa area! 3 types of sauna, jacuzzi, thermal pool, etc. The massage service price was fair enough and the massager Beatrice was nice. Staffs were kind and helpful.

The dinner buffet could be better.

Walking distance to town (not flat) the location is convenient. there is parking in the inner courtyard which provides some security. There are two buildings, one with an elevator and one without. The room I was in was quiet and the AC was quiet and worked well (once I found out how to use it) water pressure was good and bed was comfortable. Dinner at the restaurant was very good, breakfast was surprisingly just ok. I did check out the Beatles exhibit which was pretty interesting (I’m not a die hard Beatles fan).

Breakfast buffet was okay, just not as many options as some other hotels I’ve stayed at recently.

Korona hotel was a good experience. Good location in the city. Good and comfortable rooms. The SPA department was really good. The wine tasting down in the tunnels deep under the hotel was an experience with a wine knowledgeable guide who spoke perfect English. Booked with half board and the food was very good. Next time I'm in Hungary/Budapest, I'll probably go to Eger for a few days and stay at the Korona hotel just because it was so nice and relaxing. Also visited their Beatles museum which is worth a visit.

We were very surprised with this hotel especially since they were located directly next to the Beatles Museum. The hotel was awesome, food was great, staff very helpful. We requested a later check out so that we can visit the museum. What a surprise! The Beatles Museum is Amazing and makes this hotel and location absolutely the best. The private parking was a bonus since we were driving a very big van. We loved Eger! The city is beautiful and the hotel and the staff compliment the city!

The food, both for dinner and for breakfast, was plenty and very tasty. They even had "langos" for breakfast, that came as a nice shock for us. At dinner we could order from the local wines, from local wineries so we were finaly able to taste how really good Egri Bikaver (red, dry) wine is.

The "Vintage" rooms are really small so they are maybe good only for short stays like ours. The spa is also of the small variant so I was a bit disapointed by the size of the pool, which does not exceed maybe 6 meters on the largest part of it. It is true that nobody said they have a big swimmimg pool, so the mistake was entirely mine. We could not find a parking place in the yard or outside the hotel so we had to park on the nearby street. This was ok because it was a weekend, but I guess during week days one has to pay to be able to park there. Just a thing to keep in mind, not necessarily a complain.

Korona hotel is very close to the city center which we found as its greatest advantage (most of the attractions within 15mins by walk, bus station is also nearby). We spent 5 nights there and enjoyed the possibility of in-house wellness opening early morning. Otherwise Eger thermal bath is not far from the hotel. The hotel staff was nice and helpful even though not all receptionists were fluent in English. The room was clean and housekeeping maintained it regularily. The dinners which were included in the price were fantastic and restaurant service was very professional. We really enjoyed our stay!

Quirky hotel that extends across many buildings. I booked for the Wellness centre and that met with all expectations. Not large but everything was there from Swimming pool, jacuzzi, 2 types of sauna and a Turkish steam bath.

The rooms were a bit small and the first night we slept on the noisy side of the hotel. For the second and third nights we were moved to the quiet side of the hotel. Great improvement!

Wellness was good enough even if one pool was not working properly. The hotel informed me about this in advance and offered a discount on ticket into Torokfurdo. The staff was superkind. I should wait for too long for my morning coffee, but only because the staff wanted to make a perfect one in the appropriate glass :-)

The breakfast was poor compared to other 4 stars hotels.

We really liked the breakfast and the wet area. During our stay it was not crowded at all , but everything was still running well.

Parking can be a challenge when the place is busy

Great location. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was very tasty. When we were leaving the hotel, I forgot to pay for the stay, the staff were not outraged, they were very nice. I rate my stay 10/10🥰🥰
