I felt very welcome from the beginning and my dog also, it was very helpful having the garden. After a long journey the spa was very much appreciated and really made the stay for me. The room was clean, bed was comfortable.

I would have appreciated a kettle and tea in the room. Also the bathroom could do with an upgrade as the shower was not great. Breakfast was average, would have appreciated more vegetarian and healthy options. A very loud noise from the restaurant extractor began at 6.30am. Luckily I was awake early anyway but would have been good to be aware of.

The beds were very comfortable. The food was amazing, we ate twice there and it was fabulous. Mangalita short ribs, bbq brisket, beef consome and duck parfait were the best food I ever had anywhere în Europe. În the middle of the night someone made very loud love în the hotel garden which motivated us to do the same. I am really impressed and will definitley go back everytime I pass through Gyor.

No shampoo în the shower and the tv didn't work.

We liked the big room, they gave us welcome drinks at the restaurant and we stayed also for dinner, the food was tasty and the prices were good. Good breakfast also. We used it only for one night during travel so cannot say more but we would totaly recomend it and maybe we will stay again in the future

It is very close to the university's main campus. You can easily walk to the city center, but it may be hard to get to the hotel from the central station on foot with luggage. There are some markets and restaurants nearby. The staff was very kind and helpful, they were ready to help whenever I asked for something. The room was clean although it looks a little bit old-fashioned. It was still silent and comfortable. The breakfast was okay.

The pillows were too flat. It would be great if there was a hairdryer in the room.

The old building was quite a fascinating warren of hallways, rooms, split levels - I’d love to play hide and seek there as a child! The building is old, but our room was quiet, comfortable and clean. We arrived by bicycle and were offered a place in an indoor storeroom/cellar to lock them for the night.

The restaurant has excellent reviews but we sadly stayed on a night when it wasn’t open.

breakfast was good, excellent coffee! Friendly welcome. good airco, strong FREE wi-fi. Event though the bar was not open the night porter managed to get me a beer. SERVICE!

no soap in the shower meant we had to reach over the toilet-pot to get some soap out of the dispenser. The corridors at night did not have any light. dangerous.

It was the perfect location for us. Good size room, quiet,good breakfast, air con provided, Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful building..

Unfortunately there was no shower gel/shampoo provided in the bathroom. Requested at reception upon arrival but there was none available. All local shops were closed ,Room furniture slightly dated .

What I need to highlight on the first place is the staff who were amazingly friendly and supportive. Speaking from experience staying with 2 corgi sometimes really challenging but the staff really loved them. Also the Hotel is very clean and you can feel that they don't save money on the maintenance. Overall I believe currently this is the best place to stay in Gyor (we stood in several other expensive hotel so I can compare them).

The only item worth to mention is the furniture is a bit outdated but still acceptable in 2021.

Very friendly at the reception. When they told me where the breakfast was in the morning, I mentioned I would be traveling early at 4 AM, so I would not be using breakfast. No problem they said. There will be a breakfast package for you in the morning. Also used the restaurant in the evening. Very good food.

Upon our arrival, we were offered to use the spa center within the hotel as a gift. I loved the unusual order of rooms and facilities in the hotel. It almost felt like a labyrinth - really stylish. I also loved the coffee and sweet pastries served for breakfast.

The rooms are very small and there was no wardrobe and no soap in the shower cabin.
