I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Zirakpur, and overall, it was a positive experience. The hotel provided a comfortable stay, with friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. While there were a few hiccups with power cuts, the quick backup solutions made the inconveniences manageable. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the hotel staff who efficiently handled the check-in process. Throughout my stay, they consistently exhibited professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine desire to make my visit as pleasant as possible. The exceptional service provided by the staff truly stood out and contributed to a memorable stay. In terms of accommodations, my room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The amenities provided were in good working condition, and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's attention to cleanliness and room upkeep was commendable. Overall, my stay at the Holiday Inn Zirakpur was enjoyable, thanks to the pleasant atmosphere, commendable service from the staff, and comfortable accommodations. The minor inconvenience of power cuts was efficiently managed by the prompt backup solutions. I would recommend this hotel to fellow travelers seeking a comfortable stay in Zirakpur, with the caveat that the food prices may be a bit expensive.

Unfortunately, the hotel faced frequent power cut issues during my time there. However, the management promptly responded to these occurrences by providing backup power within a few minutes. Although power cuts can be disruptive, the swift resolution lessened their impact on my overall experience. It's worth noting that the hotel's proactive approach in dealing with these situations demonstrated their commitment to guest comfort and convenience. One aspect that could be improved upon is the pricing of the food. While the quality of the dishes served at the hotel's restaurant was good, the prices seemed a bit on the higher side. It would be great if the hotel could consider reviewing their pricing strategy to offer more value for money to guests.

Room was spacious , great view. Good service. Quick service. Polite staff. Premium king room was a good choice. Staff is helpful as well and queries / requests are dealt quickly. Location was fantastic. Mall is 3 to 5min walk from the hotel. Cafes , lounges and restaurants are also within 7min walkable range. Airport is 20 to 25mins away.

Lifts were very slow as the hotel was very busy . Maybe the lifts can be coordinated in a better manner. Had to wait around 20 to 25mins for the welcome tea . Also , the tea can be served in cleaner mugs . Street entrance is narrow and if the hotel is busy , could be very congested. As the hotel is in sort of a busy area , main road , getting a cab can be very difficult.

Breakfast items were standard however good in taste Room size was good

Room view was ok Overall it was good however noticed a little slowness in service during breakfast. They tried to put live counter with varieties of tea however it took forever to get that delivered at table The other issue which Hotel has no control over it was outside construction work (widening of road). Though it is a temporary issue and is happening for good however thought to mention about it if someone is visiting around rainy season

The breakfast spread is very good, very efficient service and with a smile. Impressive. Young people, highly energetic and good vibes. Also I met one of the concierge staff, Mukesh, who really inspired me. It was amazing how this young man with a earing in his ear, made his presence felt larger than life. Wonderful that u hire people like him and amazing how they respond to responsibilities. Kudos.......keep up the good work.

I never saw the restaurant / floor manager around and there did seem to be a lot of staff who were unorganised and could have had something better to do than mill around in the open kitchen area and speak in loud volumes. At the end of the day it is a restaurant. Looks like the restaurant was on auto service

property was nice , facilities were good,staff was polite and courteous.

only concern we had was related to the food specifically for dinner, somehow the menu and preparation was not upto the mark as per our tasty water was not on table and we had to ask multiple times to get water at dinner we gave our feedback to staff, they tried some custom servings also but that also didn’t work for us it maybe our taste but we gave our feedback to staff which they noted for future!

I was travelling with a two month old baby amd the staff was extremely helpful in making our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean with comfortable bedding and my baby had a good sleep. The buffet breakfast was exceptionally good and delicious and it met International standards. The location is convenient and 15 minutes ride to the airport.

Property was refreshing and clean. The staff was courteous and helpful. Especially the guy Manish, who helped us with our luggage was extremely polite and helped with a beautiful smile.

The ground level drop-off was tight on space. Circulation of vehicles was a challenge and guest waiting for valet could have better air conditioned place to sit. Portion of food and dishes were not justified as per the cost and were quite small.

The property is very pretty. The staff are courteous especially Isha and Raunak. Will definitely keep this as an option if I ever travel to Chandigarh again.

The breakfast options are a lot, but mostly veg. A few more non veg items especially cold meats would be appreciated for the price.

Restaurant service and Food was Excellent

Room Service was an issue . Room was upgraded with additional cost considering the requirement of our family but still lacked the basics I.e; Room No. 1118 The toiletries was NOT present, despite repeated request placed for hand towels NO one paid attention , couldn’t experience the customer service gesture from any of staff member / manager .

breakfast was good lot of options; taste was also amazing. Dinner could have been better. The pool was excellent. Staff was warm and friendly. Front desk was polite and quick. Guest service manager was also very caring and took care of our needs. Nice day spent at the hotel.
