1) The restaurant and its staff service is excellent. Buffett and a la carte service for breakfast, dinner is very good. The quality of food is excellent. The staff in the restaurant are well trained and well mannered. 2) The location is right in the middle of all shopping arcades. Many tourist attraction places like Rock garden, Rose garden, Sukhna lake, Bird park, Museums are within 15 mins drive from Hotel.

The detailed information about the tourist attraction places in Chandigarh and also about the places around Chandigarh is not easily available at the Hotel although they have maintained some brochures about the places of interest. It would help visitors if Hotel maintains such a desk for the purpose.

The room got hot during the night because the ventilation went off for 1-2 hours before it came back. I wish guests could better control the room temperature instead of using the rather inefficient thermostat they have. If you book cabs through them, they do charge quite an awful lot compared to the vendors. Also, I would have appreciated given the price range that they could at least keep a few of the items on the minibar free. At least stipulate that 2 sodas or 1 candy bar is free while for the rest you have to pay.

The service was perfect. Absolutely perfect. The porters, the valet team, the reception, the wait staff. They were all incredible. Even with events and celebrities at the hotel, I did not feel that the service lacked in anyway. The location is next to a lovely shopping area where, you can get everything anything. The breakfast options were fantastic. From healthy choices, to sweet treats, eggs and Indian options. And I couldn't believe it, they had OAT MILK. That was extremely inclusive and it made me happy to see that. The dining hall was always spotless and so was the cutlery. Room service was perfect. I was unwell and they brought me my favourite home remedy, Golden Milk. The food at the restaurant is absolutely delicious.

I didn't like that there was an event restricting access to the pool, but that was only for a few hours in the day. It didn't really bother me that much.

preferably I would have liked in advance that the pool is to cold in januari, the p people working there are very stressed to make it all perfect, unfortunately that gives a stress atmosphere sometimes. relax! you are doing good… they refer to le Corbusier in the names, but expect some copies of drawings on the wall the place is just styled as a good international hotel, the reference to le corbu is rare to find there

I am pleased to write an excellent review for Hyatt sector 17 Chandigarh. During our recent stay at the hotel, we were truly impressed by the kindness and exceptional customer service that we received from the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We were pleasantly surprised to find that they had even upgraded our room, which was a lovely gesture. It really made our stay feel more luxurious and special. The room was spacious, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Furthermore, the hotel offered us a discount on food, which was greatly appreciated. The food was absolutely delicious and the presentation was top-notch. The selection of dishes was impressive and we were left spoilt for choice. Overall, we had a wonderful experience staying at the Hyatt sector 17 Chandigarh. The staff's kindness and generosity, their attention to detail and impeccable customer service was truly noteworthy. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chandigarh and we definitely plan to come back soon. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Good location, very comfortable beds, spacious rooms and bathrooms, courtious and friendly staff at the enterance and valet. A good quality Hyatt experience.

1. the staff at reception could be better trained. at check-in and the next day we were told two different things about breakfast options by the reception staff. they weren't helpful at all in finding the right options for us. 2. room keys kept getting deactivated. had to reactivate three times in a 5 day stay. 3. the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned at check-in however this was promptly remedied once I pointed it out.

Professional and friendly staff, cleanliness and responsive front desk.

1) Amex was not accepted as a form of payment. Forcing me to use another card that charged me a 5% foreign transaction fee. 2) Bell desk didn't bring my luggage to the room despite several reminders and I had to go pick it up myself. They apologized but it could have been easier to just decline bell desk service in the first place, instead of making a promise they couldn't keep. 3) Not much you can do about it, but the location is very inconvenient for someone traveling to Himachal from down south, reaching the hotel is an additional 30+ minutes detour. We were coming from Delhi and could have done with not having to spend additional 30 min reaching the location.

Breakfast spread was very good with lot of options from kitchen . We had a nice breakfast and dinner at Corby,s and food was good. Our special thanks to Imran for giving a great experience at breakfast and also helped us with packing nice snacks for our long journey back. We also had a great experience at dinner with Gopal ensuring the best service and made us very comfortable. Thanks to all the staff at Hyatt Centric..

Both the main lifts were not working during our two days of stay..

Excellent staff and centric location. Premises was clean, safe, well lighted with excellent amenities in the room. Some staff names who we still remember went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant Domestic.cleaners in our room Manoj Kumar and Shamil.. Bell.Boy- Shivansh.

Private marriage party in the resort made it a bit noisy I'm the night and crowded. No indoor swimming pool. Breakfast dining space is limited and often crowded with delayed table services.

The Hotel is centrally located and is walkable distance from the shopping centre which is very good. Romms are of a decent size and well maintained. Breakfast menu is excellent and food is very tasty. Restaurant Staff is very cordial, cooperative "always at your service type", especially the Restaurant manager Mr. Bharat and Komal among the staff stood out in their service. Thanks for the wonderful stay we had.
