Best place to stay in Gwalior within reasonable price. Rooms are clean and comfortable with working and needed amenities. Service is prompt and staff behaviour is commendable. Staffs are professional and always ready to to help.

Staff tries hard to accommodate. Their intention is good. They will work towards a solution. ( I have the impression they do notihing but that). Wifi works well. I booked a car through them which worked out well. The service they provide is good but they don't have much to work with. For Indian standards this room was reasonable but I still felt overcharged at a price of 15 bucks.
The hotel is old,needs renovation and maintenance. The top floor looks like a squatters place, no windows, pigeons come in and out, and it's all wet and dirty.. There was a dump of trash in front of my door and the lock was broken. After complaining they moved me to a slightly better room on the second floor. After check out and after paying the bill, they called me to come back to pay for extra room charges. They even tried to come and make me pay extra charges while I was at the railway station. I see the humour in that, but if they would have their act together this would not have happened. If you decide to stay here, ask for one of the bigger rooms on the second floor, and keep calm.

The staff is great and Willing to help but they cannot anything about the fact that the equipment is worn out.
The owner of this place needs to invest money and change all that is too old : bed sheets, towels, etc
