Hotel was located close to the main sights in Haridwar. we could walk there. The staff was helpful and the hotel was located in a real Indian market atmosphere. Early check-in was possible without extra costs.

The decoration was a bit outdated, but actually it didn't hinder, because the service was good. Except from the manager communication was difficult, because English was poor. But nevertheless we could check in early and got a room half a day before real check in time.

This is really a good find. You can book a place that looks good on the web, but won’t know what you’re getting until you get to the place in person. This place is better in reality than the review score it has. It’s in the middle of the market, but yet not very noisy. The staff are just awesome.

Hot water can be difficult to start, the staff will immediately get on it to help you. It’s hot in Haridwar anyway, and it won’t hurt you to shower with room temperature water which is lukewarm.

Excellent Hotel. In the middle of Local market and near 10 mins walking distance to Har ki Pauri.

Since it's in Street of Local market, 4 wheelers don't have access between 9.30 am till late night. But auto rickshaw have access.

The location was great. The nearest ghat (Ramghat) was closer than I thought. The hotel was right on the main street that leads us to har ki paudi, which was only 500 m away. The room was clean and the staff was respectful and helpful.

I thought that the price was a bit higher compared to other similar properties in the area.

Hotel is very near to Har ki Pauri. The rooms were very clean and had central air conditioning. The restaurant ambiance was good and the food was tasty.

As it is in the main market, the car and rickshaw are not allowed. Need to park in 100meters and take cycle rickshaw to reach hotel.

Property is awesome everything is cool.

The amount we paid for Breakfast it was much more they charged us Rs 300 Per Head For Buffet and Served Same Dish Everyday which doesnt even cost Rs 50 We got taken

I visited hotel alpana with family ...the overall experience with hotel was awesome....hotel location was wonderful..and easily reachable.to.har ki pauri....staff was very co-operative in terms of check-in and check-out...as we did checkout at 1 pm which usually happens at 11 am...i would definitely recommend to take stay in hotel alpana...

Not as such

The hotel staffers were quite Co-operative, location was in market place just at walking distance from Har ki Pauri and Mansa Devi temple. Food we heven't tried, so I can't comment on that. Overall nice budget hotel to stay if somebody want to stay at Har ki Pauri area.

The location was nice, all sightseeing locations were nearby. The staff was nice as well.

The fittings in the room was not good. Some of the electrical sockets were not working along with few of the lights. The bathroom fittings were not perfect.

The staff was good and service was fast and also the food was good.

The location is after the barricade so we couldn't take the can inside and it was raining heavily when we reached so I had to plead a lot with the policeman to let us at least take an e rickshaw in. The water trays and kettles were dirty and we had to get them cleaned.
