This is really a good find. You can book a place that looks good on the web, but won’t know what you’re getting until you get to the place in person. This place is better in reality than the review score it has. It’s in the middle of the market, but yet not very noisy. The staff are just awesome.

Hot water can be difficult to start, the staff will immediately get on it to help you. It’s hot in Haridwar anyway, and it won’t hurt you to shower with room temperature water which is lukewarm.

The location was great. The nearest ghat (Ramghat) was closer than I thought. The hotel was right on the main street that leads us to har ki paudi, which was only 500 m away. The room was clean and the staff was respectful and helpful.

I thought that the price was a bit higher compared to other similar properties in the area.

Hotel is very near to Har ki Pauri. The rooms were very clean and had central air conditioning. The restaurant ambiance was good and the food was tasty.

As it is in the main market, the car and rickshaw are not allowed. Need to park in 100meters and take cycle rickshaw to reach hotel.

Property is awesome everything is cool.

The amount we paid for Breakfast it was much more they charged us Rs 300 Per Head For Buffet and Served Same Dish Everyday which doesnt even cost Rs 50 We got taken

I visited hotel alpana with family ...the overall experience with hotel was awesome....hotel location was wonderful..and easily reachable.to.har ki pauri....staff was very co-operative in terms of check-in and check-out...as we did checkout at 1 pm which usually happens at 11 am...i would definitely recommend to take stay in hotel alpana...

Not as such

In today's budget hotel, the spotless bedsheet is a myth. Now when you enter the property you will find a very cooperative reception area with well-managed staff. The lounge area is well organized and provides a feel-good factor to the person entering the place for the 1st time. Now coming to rooms, very well prepared to host you with all basic amenities. Yes, you will not find any view from the window but the location of the hotel is well balanced to commute to major places within Haridwar. I love my stay with my family and as I started, within a budget-friendly accommodation this place will never dissapoint you.

Everything is good and to some extent, the advantage of the hotel location is actually a disadvantage for some, the catchment market is good if you like a vibrant place but its disturbing to reach the hotel every time you go out.

The hotel staffers were quite Co-operative, location was in market place just at walking distance from Har ki Pauri and Mansa Devi temple. Food we heven't tried, so I can't comment on that. Overall nice budget hotel to stay if somebody want to stay at Har ki Pauri area.

The location was nice, all sightseeing locations were nearby. The staff was nice as well.

The fittings in the room was not good. Some of the electrical sockets were not working along with few of the lights. The bathroom fittings were not perfect.

The staff was good and service was fast and also the food was good.

The location is after the barricade so we couldn't take the can inside and it was raining heavily when we reached so I had to plead a lot with the policeman to let us at least take an e rickshaw in. The water trays and kettles were dirty and we had to get them cleaned.
