Location of the property is excellent, close to all food/shopping streets and not too far from the Har Ki Pauri (5-10mins in Rikshaw or 30mins walk). You are on the grounds of the Train Station, which means it’s always lively and feel safe as Police are always present with police station at the rear of the hotel. There are 2 different ATM machines right outside the hotel for convenience. Also new Dominos restaurant is opening very soon within hotel premises, which will be open to public. Lots of restaurants and street food opposite hotel and walking distance. Reception very clean with modern looks. Rooms were clean and ok for our needs as we spent most of the time away from the hotel but staff were always present to help if needed. Complimentary Tea/coffee making facilities in communal area where self service Irons were present as well. You can get more luxury hotels in Haridwar but then they are much further from Har Ki Pauri. Overall very good hotel, which made our visit to Haridwar easy.

Nothing much to not like about the property.

Great modern large hotel that was clean and very comfortable. It was perfect for a one night stay as we had to catch an early train to Delhi the next day. The property is right next door to the station so very convenient. Also good like street stall and restaurant right across the road. Check in staff were very friendly. Excellent price and very decent bathroom.

Providing another blanket for the cold of winter as India doesn’t really do heating

Location is very convenient and they provided early check-in once we reached. Staff is very generous and always smiling.. They did the warm welcome. Room size was perfect and specious enough to accommodate 4 of us.. Green initiative by providing Tea and Coffee at the central location..

Water logging was there in the washroom due to incorrect slope.

Great central location right next to the train station(we had a train next day), cold and hot water in the cooler on each floor, cleanliness of the space

Being next to the train station there is unavoidable noise that comes with it which has nothing to do with the property just being aware of and getting earplugs

Friendly staff and very cooperative. Great location right next to the station and shopping street. Has a modern food court below the complex. Room were spacious and clean.

One window did not fully close resulting in noise from outside. Warm water was finished a bit to quickly.

-Facility was modern and clean -Staff was welcoming and friendly -Room was clean and nicely furnished with nice wooden flooring. -Location just outside the station platforms is very convenient...walk over to hotel from station -Free hot and cold water and tea /coffee in the common hallway for guests was very convenient. -Shops and Ganga not too far ...walkable

-Noisy location facing the market outside station on one side and station wall on the other with an ugly parking lot just below building. -Sealed windows keep most of the noise muffled but no chance of fresh air. -No view from windows except ugly shops and hotels. -Room was comfortable and spacious but bathroom was really tiny. Shower stall water pressure was low. -Our AC unit was a bit sluggish...not cooling aa well...probably needs servicing.

The hotel was very good, me and my wife stayed for 1 night, and hotel was very near to railway station, just 2 min walk from the hotel, very convenient. Must stay to this hotel if you are looking for Hotel near in railway station. And also just 2 km distance from hotel har ki pauri and mansa devi temple, auto will take 50 rs to har ki pauri and 100 rs to mansa devi temple rope ways stand . overall its a good hotel

Great location, one minute walk from the train station. Room was a little old but clean and bed was comfortable. Like other simple places in India, there is not shower curtain so water flow freely on the floor.

Everything was clean, the room had everything, the staff was really helpful, the location very handy just close to the railways station, the food in the restaurant was really good and the staff very professional
