The rooms were spacious and well maintained.. The highlight was the food....the chef is superb customizes food needs according to your needs...the staff is friendly....all of them including the restaurant staff... The location is far from the city chaos and is peaceful..the forest view rooms have a better view..

Nothing major but just had to call a couple of times repeatedly for certain room service needs which took some time but like i said nothing major ..the location some might feel a little isolated ....also would love to see more amenities in the future including a recreational play area or a pool or gym etc.. although at this price it is too much to expect....

The location is perfect, staff was very helpful, the price value relation was excellent.

There was nothing to complain so everything was perfect. The only minor thing may be the trash in the neighbourhood of the hotel. I guess this is a common problem in India - they need to establish a system to collect the trash. India is a very beautiful country with very nice and friendly people but it would be even better without the trash.

It was a lovely hotel, the best we stayed in during our three weeks in India. It was stylish and very smart but nicely relaxed with an excellent manager who was very helpful and charming. The decor is lovely, it’s in a nice quiet area but very close to town and has a great view over the forest. Everything g was well done and the bathroom was fantastic.

Its bit off side and commute is bit difficult as you are 2-3 km away from main city. Nearest ATM ,clinics or shops are 2-3 km away Bathroom should have soap dispenser which was missing

The breakfast served was absolutely great.The taste and varieties of food are really satisfying

Everything was great.one suggestion I would like to tell is that if there is a doormat in front of every washrooms will be great.

The location was very convenient. The Mansa Devi temple, The Chandi Devi temple, Har ki Pauri are all in the vicinity. The rooms was huge and everything was very neat and clean. The staff was very warm and helpful. Everything was taken care of very well.

Quite, Comfortable and Peaceful. Reception Manager was very warm and helpful. Rooms were clean and hygienic. Conveniently located with ample parking space.

Room service and housekeeping were bit slow, they could do better with some more staff.

the staff were supportive I booked it for my parents, they guided n helped them. it was clean n new room with hill view. the hot water was not running they had some issue but staff brought hot water in tub.

it was bit far from station n Ghats, you need to take private rickshaw which charge you double as it in remote place. if you have your own vehicle it’s nice place to stay.

Everything was perfect i.e; food, ambience, room service, staff was very helpful n friendly in nature. Stayed for 1 night only but enjoyed every minute in property. Anyone planning to visit haridwar can book the property without any second thought. From my end 10 on 10 for this hotel. Keep up the amazing service and thank you so much for special balloon room decoration for my lil son. God bless u all😊😊

Only things were missing in room: 1. Mini Refrigerator and 2. Hair dryer

The location was really good - away from the noise of the main city - in green surroundings. The property is relatively new and the rooms are really spacious. The staff is also helpful and attentive.
