We arrived at the hotel after a disastrous stay at another property. From the moment we arrived we were looked after and made to feel very welcome and re-assured. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Our shows and bathroom was one of the best we had. The staff were fabulous and very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was a buffet with food cooked to order if required. We are at the hotel for two of our three nights and enjoyed our meals, the company and enjoyed eating in the courtyard. The hotel prides itself on the service it provides and we were not disappointed. Our stay at the hotel made our visit to Jaipur much more enjoyable and memorable.

There wasn’t anything to dislike

It's a heritage type hotel. Very nicely maintained and decorated. We opted for the delux room. But felt a bit small. It was a bit small. But can manage for 2 people. Food was good. Buffet in the breakfast. Routine and limited items only. Pancakes are good. Must have. Feels like vintage vibes. Safe and good. It's a haveli converted to Heritage hotel. It's very good location wise. Near to metro. Cab services also they can help you. Hotel have tie ups. Shopping area is also there near by. Manager is good. Very helpful. Rajendra is his name. Gave all information.

Water bottles can be given a bit more or atleast a liter per person. They gave 1 lt only for 2 people a day. And extra was charged. This was a bit disappointing as we pay so much for tom rent and for water they aren't considerate. But request and see. They might give you RO water but in tumbler which I wasn't happy. Heater could have been a bit better. It was small and not too hot. These two are the ones I felt a bit weird.

All communications prior to arrival were very quick, efficient and detailed. We were grateful for the free pickup from the railway station and a complimentary driver to take us into the city that day. Check in was friendly and efficient. Our room was recently renovated, spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. Staff were always courteous and helpful. Breakfast had a good range of Indian and continental choices. We also had dinner in the hotel on both nights which was handy as the children were tired after a day of sightseeing. We all enjoyed using the pool - although it was rather refreshing in February! It was also nice to relax around the pool area and gave the children a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Staff were always around so we could order chai, lassis and ice cream throughout the day. We would recommend Dera Rawatsar. Special thanks to Rajendra and Dilip.

When I booked the room with a chauffeur, I did not expect that it would be an entire territory, rather than a room! The space is so big and beautifully decorated with antique furniture, that one could totally live in that space and feel at home. There are two big rooms, and a big bathroom, plus a big balcony, all private. The living room has amazing window seating, while the bedroom has two very comfy king beds. The bathroom has the best water pressure we encountered anywhere in India. Our train arrived very early in the morning, and the hotel sent a taxi to get us home, where they provided us with a room to rest until check-in hours. It was much appreciated! We spent the day with our private driver visiting the many attractions around Jaipur, and the staff had moved our things into our room in the meantime. The food is good and varied, and they insist on providing the best service to guests. We cannot recommend this experience enough!

It is a surprising gem , close to the hustle & Bustle from a capital city . It is a peaceful & Quitte place with a very nice garden. It feels as a very authentique place in balance with the “ royal city “ of Jaipur . The staff was very friendly & helpful . The food in the restaurant is delicious and it felt like coming “ home “ after a busy sightseeing day in town . Our room was very big and stylish , with nice details just like the bathroom .. may be the room should be more cosy of there was only 1 Bed for 2 persons instead of 2 big beds for 4 persons. A Very beautiful swimming , nice terrace !

In the early morning you can hear the sound wenn a chauffeur from the bus use his claxon but it was not as bad as it seems now , it must not be the reason that guests not want to visite this wonderful place because of this .. this hotel was so perfect that this is a little bit imperfect.

Booked 3 rooms in total, as traveling with family. Each room was different, but uniquely appointed and immaculately clean. Tucked away off the main drag, so you're free from the immediate hustle and bustle of the city. Great pool and sunloungers when you need a bit of time out. But, gosh, it's the staff that make this place, it really is. Everyone, from the lovely guy on the security gate, through to the reception staff, the waiters and even the maintenance man (who was constantly wielding a paintbrush to keep everywhere fresh and pristine) we're so, so friendly and helpful 🙏

Nothing to dislike

This is a lovely hotel, and great value for money. Most of all, the staff are warm and helpful and give the place a cosy atmosphere. The rooms are beautifully furnished, well kept and clean. The pool is clean and well maintained, and the location is ideal for shopping and sightseeing. The food, including the buffet breakfasts, is excellent. I’m so glad we chose to stay here, and we had a fabulous few days in Jaipur as a result.

There’s nothing we didn’t like. However the central location means that there is traffic noise including from the nearby bus station that some guests might not like if they are expecting quiet in the night and early morning. Noise is to be expected in central Jaipur so such guests should consider staying somewhere outside the city.

All staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly - I cannot praise them highly enough. Facilities are great and rooms are lovely. Good location for sightseeing but a quiet neighbourhood still.

While the hotel's taxi service was readily available and the drivers were polite, there were instances where they were quite persistent in suggesting destinations, which could be overwhelming for guests looking for a more relaxed experience. Additionally, we found that their rates were higher compared to other local services. It would be appreciated if the drivers offered their services as an option without unsolicited inquiries about our plans.
