I got what I paid for. It's a budget hotel in a good location. The staff are a significant plus. I was travelling alone (for the first time in India). The receptionist, Dheeru, was of great assistance to me. I am immensely grateful to him. The food is delightful; from breakfast through to lunch and dinner, I had the chance to try numerous dishes. I adored my private balcony. Many thanks to all the staff. I appreciated the kind gesture from the owner who informed me that a wedding was taking place in the hotel, so there might be a bit of noise.

The wifi could be improved, and the rooms could be improved, but it's a budget hotel. You can't pretend to be perfection for such a convenient price. They are renovating the swimming pool.

The food was of a good quality. The staff made every effort to accommodate my needs and wishes, from booking trips to the game reserve to arranging taxis for trips out to the forts and around town, even the pool attendant/gardener made sure I had everything I wanted. my room was large it had a bathroom dressing room and a bedroom come sitting room. The outside of the property was presented well.

The property is old and the inside looks a little dated. This explains why there was only two power sockets both included in light switches halfway up the wall resulting in my having to balance things on the back of the sofa to charge them, and a third socket lower down did not work . with the size of the room it was a shame there was no fridge. Also in my room I couldn't get a WiFi signal and I had to go out and sit on the communal balcony or front garden to get a signal. The hotel doesn't expect card payments. Despite all my criticism they are small and not insurmountable, and would not put me off staying here again.

Staff were so helpful in all aspects. Location not well known by taxi drivers but is within 5 minutes walk to metro station. From metro you can reach the old city (hawa Mahal) in 3 stops for less than $1.00. Breakfast was adequate too. Eggs on toast with a coffee Bed was comfortable

Bathroom needs updating. Not used to bucket shower. It's a local style hotel so I guess I should expect perfect western facilities anyway. Sheets looked like they need replacing with some food stains on them. Wasn't too bad though.

Everything was fine - room was spacious, pool was ok though I didn't had enough time to enjoy it, breakfast was bit costly - overall it was comfortable stay. Only problem I had faced was billing part - responsible staff was absent and I had to follow up with him over phone for more than a week to get the bill so that I can use it for official purpose. However, remaining staffs were very co-operative,, will recommend for stay for its rooms, location and behavior of all staff.

All were fine

Hotel stay was fabulous interior good clean comfortable. Staff's and the incharge was very supportive and helpful..But the area not up to mark.. Overall i would say good and peaceful stay.

Area of the hotel where it was situated is not literate people. Just local people outside the hotel and need to be careful.. But hotel was very good and nice people, so helpful.

The manager Ramesh Tiyagi was very helpful, a great host. He made good recommendations on site seeing as well as being accommodating. Made us feel very welcome and ensured we were comfortable. Provided a blow heater as the weather in December is cold. The location is not far from.the train station which is very useful.

No TV in the room.

Similar to the ‘Marigold hotel’ experience with a little less of the aesthetics. The highlight was for sure the excellent and attentive staff of whom Dheeru stood out. He was uber helpful and welcoming and should he be the person to take care of you there, you are in the best hands for sure!

Very attentive staff with a great restaurant on site. A welcome pool in the heat. Good central location.

The plumbing left a bit to be desired, almost a work of art!. Also the plug sockets were a little temperamental.
