Lovely spacious room, decorated nicely and with big comfy beds. Food was good and reasonably priced. We made use of the pool which is small but nice to relax in.

We had tried to arrange the free pick up from the train station but hadn’t received any instructions when we arrived and couldn’t find whoever was supposed to be picking us up. We got harassed by many tuk tuk drivers outside of the station whilst trying to figure this out and as a female I felt very overwhelmed and unsafe. We ended up having to get a tuk tuk to the hotel which was fine but could have been avoided. Staff were not helpful when we asked if they could help book train tickets for us as well, this has never been a problem anywhere else we have stayed.

During my recent stay at Laxmi Palace Heritage Boutique Hotel, I found the experience overall to be pleasant and relatively hassle-free. The two rooms I booked were clean and met my expectations, and the staff's demeanor was courteous throughout my stay. One of the standout features of the hotel is its location on a quieter back road, providing a welcome reprieve from the constant traffic noise typically associated with Jaipur.

There were some aspects of my experience that could be improved upon. Firstly, I found the beds to be uncomfortably firm, which affected the quality of my sleep. Additionally, while the hotel's restaurant offered live entertainment, there were occasions when I would have preferred a quieter dining experience. Furthermore, the practice of performers selling puppets during dinner service felt intrusive and detracted from the ambiance. Regarding the dining experience, I found the food at the restaurant to be below par, lacking in taste and variety. This sentiment extended to the breakfast offerings, which were also limited in variety.

Very comfortable beds, amazing air-con, lots of lighting options, spacious room, lovely bathroom, great shower, full length mirror in the room as well as a huge one in the bathroom, all the staff we spoke to at reception, restaurant and in between were friendly and welcoming, great value for money (*we did not use the television so cannot comment on this)

I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant (we only went for lunch though), food took a while, all came out at a different time and just wasn’t the nicest. There was only three of us and no other customers at the same time.

I was looking to book a modern hotel with a feel of the Jaipur character and this hotel met my expectations. The rooms were modern but had the feel of palaces with the decor etc. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was great! We also loved the rooftop as it had the palace feel again. The hotel itself is not huge like the big palaces but has done a great job to give a nice palace look. I also asked the staff to arrange for room decoration and cake for my sis' birthday which they did promptly for a reasonable fee. We also asked for a heater in the room and it was promptly provided.

Some additional aspects of the palace heritage, like staff wearing some traditional palace dress, the room doors giving a palace vibe etc. could add to the 'heritage' feel.

It's a great stay at this price and location. We booked family room and it was indeed biggest I could find in that range and my dates. Comfortable bed, clean washroom, and prompt room service. They gave us room heater when we felt it was chilly at night as well. The breakfast was also a good spread. However it's best to time your breakfast as it may get little crowded sometimes.

The only negatives is that they don't have parking space and the the lifts are too small. But as both are structural issues, nothing can't be done about it now. However still highly recommended stay.

Such a beautiful property that has everything you could want - banquet hall, rooftop restaurant, pool with coffee shop/bar nearby, sitting areas both inside and outside. We were very comfortable and the property was well taken care of. The staff was so accommodating and took care of us the entire time. We loved ending our night with dinner at the rooftop restaurant and watching the nightly cultural show with drums, dancing, and puppets.

Our only thing we didn’t like was the bed was a bit uncomfortable, it was quite stiff for our preference!

Room was excellent and pool was fantastic.

My biggest issue is that the restaurant on two different occasions claimed not to be able to make change for 100 Rupees or less this forced my hand to just let them keep the change which resulted in large tips. If you are going to have a restaurant you need to be able to make change. It felt like staff was just ripping me off to their benefit so I just stopped eating on property because it was the principal of the thing. Additionally the property is really nice but the tables and chairs in the dining room could use some paint.

We loved the hospitality of the staff there, they were wonderful, including from the guard to the reception to the servers, the food was really good and at the same time healthier than many other options like other restaurants in Jaipur. The location was ideal, most tourist attraction were 10 to 15 minutes by car. The breakfast buffet was a good deal, plus it had many options to choose from. We took a deluxe room as far as I remember and a twin room, both the rooms were very nice and spacious, the staff cleaned one of the room again on our arrival when asked, which showed they were willing to make our stay the best with us having no chance to complaint. The rooms had a very nice deco along with the rest of the areas of the hotel, the pictures shown on booking.com matches the real hotel images. The night show made the dinner special at the hotel and always made us stay in the night at the hotel to have dinner there itself. I would say this hotel is really "value for money".

The rooms were beautiful and so was the pool area and especially the rooftop which has panoramic views of the city and hills! They have a traditional show on the upstairs balcony with beautiful music on most nights. The decor of the rooms is beautiful and the staff were accommodating to our queries. We felt safe and secure here and wish we booked longer at this place. If we go back to Jaipur, we will certainly come again.

Employing more female members of staff would be outstanding to see. I understand this is a cultural difference, however, if there are willing female applicants in the area, I think the team and hotel would highly benefit from this diversity both from a equality and business perspective as many foreign tourists think this is important. I understand that having an all male staff team is very common in Jaipur, but having female staff members would resonate more with tourists and would certainly bring more profit to the hotel. Even if competitors in the same area don't follow the same path, it would make this hotel stand out. This was the only thing missing for me, otherwise, the hotel was perfect.
