Cleanliness and comfort Location is perfect

Staff should smile when someone comes like :) Every single thing is important when a guest comes to the property especially for business purpose. I have requested the staff to get me something from outside which was not available at the property and they denied. If you want to deny, do it politely. As a guest, I am respecting everyone so I was expecting the same. And you should work on your food quality, make it like Novotel. You both have same parent but not same traits.

Everything is perfect from hotel lobby to hotel’s rooftop. The whole staff was great and the hotel was clean. Breakfast was also very tasty. I absolutely loved my stay here. Also one of the staff member near swimming pool named Jeetu saw us trying to swim and then he told us how to swim. It was very genuine of him and was very helpful. You can ask for anything to the hotel staff and they would reply about it quiet calmly . I loved the staff behaviour and their cleanliness. They clean our rooms everday change bathroom towels as well and our stuff are not even touched . Also I the whole hotel smells so good🤌❤️It has become my favourite hotel to stay at.

Kid Friendly: Kid Play Area and comic figures near breakfast area. 4. Bed: Cozy and comfortable. Airconditioning is effective. Room & Hotel are neat and clean

1. SPA & Massage cost: For guests, they should provide slightly more discount. 2. Since Bathroom is smaller (infact, all IBIS are like that, so we are prepared), they can provide good water absorbing towels as flooring.

This is standard Ibis hotel so you know what to expect. I stayed here longer than expected as I got ill with food. Overall, it was good stay. Rooms are clean, very good breakfast with live traditional music.. Swimming pool on a rooftop but the view is so so. The hotel located in the modern centre of Jaipur a few minutes from metro station with trains that can take you into the old town.

Reception staff was the most miserable I have encountered in India. Not particularly friendly and incapable of smiling. But breakfast staff and cleaners were very friendly.

Ibis hotel gives you a comfortable stay with a perfect mix of jazzy ambience and fun activities where you can enjoy some amazing food and drinks, read, play games and chill. The location is also great as it is connecting to the city center within 3-4kms. Their staff is equally helpful and cooperative when it comes to any needs. Special thanks to all the female staff there especially Ms. Anjali in the restaurant section who was very cooperative with all the guests and tried to help them out in the best possible way, making sure no requests are overturned.

Overall everything is quite nice. The bathrooms in the Queen size room could be slightly better.

Friendly and approachable staff who made us feel very welcome and were keen to make sure our stay was comfortable and satisfying. Breakfast is served in the modern, bright Spice it restaurant with careful and attentive staff. The food is high quality and there is a great variety. A somewhat small but well equipped gym is staffed and well maintained. There is also a rooftop pool but a bit chilly to use. Rooms are large and very comfortable. Overall we had an excellent stay. Special thanks to Front Desk staff Rohit & Shourya made the check-in/out process smooth.

The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful. We had dinner and breakfast and it was great.

Rooms were a bit small and the shower cramped, it would be great for a day or two but not longer. Location wise it's a bit far from the tourist locations. We had an issue with the Ibis tour company inside the hotel and had a horrible experience with them so we don't recommend that service, it felt like they were trying to take advantage of us. The management team handled the situation with care and tried their best to resolve our issues.

Lots of variety in breakfast, local food and occidental, coffee machine, fruit, etc. Good wifi, Cleaness is good everywhere, very careful staff, good location close to everything in a not noise place. AC works very well. We didnt use the swimming pool but we saw and it looks amazing, good room services. Everything was good in this place, normally in India Hotels look better in booking than in person, this hotel is more in person... I really recommend for family, people who travel alone, for businees, whatever. It is difficult to find in India good hotels in a very good price like this.

Maybe it could have a minibar because the cooler wasnt working but you have whater, coffee and tea for free in your room.

I recently stayed at the holiday inn in Jaipur and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the amenities were top-notch. I was particularly impressed with the helpfulness of the staff. Special mention to Mr. Shourya & Ms. Anisha from Front Desk and Ms. Anjali from Restaurant who helped me alot during our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was enjoyable. I would definitely recommend the IBIS - Jaipur to other travelers. It is a great place to stay for a relaxing vacation or a business trip."
