The hotel is really outstanding. We stayed in suite. Simply superb. All the staff members were excellent. They showed exemplary professionalism. We like to specially mention the names of the front office staff Mr. Shiv Mathur, the dining hall staff Mr. Aslam, the chef Mr. Burman, the security in charge. Mr. Shiv Mathur was very helpful and polite. In fact all the staff of reception, dining hall, travel desk were superb. The evening programs were good, the flute in the morning was melodious. The dancing of peacocks made our stay extra special. If we visit Jaipur again, we will stay here for sure.

This is a very pleasant place to stay. The grounds are lovely, green and spacious and very relaxing. The spa rooms are luxurious and spacious, with steam and showers. The pool is huge and very well looked after by a gracious, attentive staff! The rooms are immaculate and charming, decorated in traditional Rajput style. The Cinnamon restaurant serves exceptional gourmet Rajasthani and other cuisines. Highly recommend this as a delightful retreat from the bustle of Jaipur.

There are a lot of functions like weddings which are a bit intrusive and noisy.

This hotel, a former palace of the maharaja of Jaipur, is spectacular. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, and the lighting makes the place magical at hight. The staff is as good as I have ever experienced, giving complete credibility to the reputation of India's luxe hotels. There to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary, the Jai Mahal Palace bent over backwards to make the stay extra special. It was a memorable stay!

Excellent food. Excellent staff. Made me feel at home all the time. The vibe is fantastic. Nothing I can think of that was not good except the outrageous hotel taxi costs. Spa is excellent but quite expensive. Got a very good massage.

Staff is around you all the time, sometimes it becomes a bit much. But I think that is because it was off season.

The ambience was amazing. The breakfast choice could have been better. We stayed at Le Meridian the night before. When comparing, Le Meridian was spoilt for choice. Every single staff had excellent customer service.

The palace was amazing, staff was courteous and ever smiling & greeting. The cultural event at evening was mesmerizing. Food was good with a lot of varieties. Breakfast was a buffet but dinner wasn't.

Spa's staff was on holiday on that day ,so I missed it and ,that I didn't expected after a long drive of 500 kms. Unexpectable at a five star rated property. Should have a buffet dinner instead of a la carte.

an excellent well maintained property.. vast lawns and very attentive staff . breakfast spread catered to all tastes and was well presented. everything is nice about this place.. have a pool and a table tennis table

the digital keys wouldn't open every now and then and would have to call someone to fix it.. a minor hassle

The palace was amazing so beautiful and clean and the staff is the best I ever saw in many hotels I can’t compare it . They are so helpful and take care of everything and the reciption in the check in so nice and quick 🌷💐 and take care for everything,

Our first trip in 1.5 years and what a wonderful trip it was.Hospitality at its best!Thank you Ravinder and Dinesh for co ordination from the moment I booked the trip..Absolutely bowled over by the level of welcome and kindness showed by the Front desk to the restaurants to the housekeeping staff.The thoughtful surprise of a cake on our arrival at the Crystal suite to congratulate my son on his exam success to sending over a best of luck platter of chocolates a night before his important exam made our stay extraordinarily delightful. Great warmth by the staff and management at the dining restaurants made each of our meals at the three restaurants a memorable experience.The spa therapists provided us with the most relaxing experience.Mr Dinesh went above and beyond to accommodate our request for time change given we had to make changes quite a few times.He personally ensured we had more value from the spa therapies. The chef and manager at the restaurants were always available to make the dining experience memorable and the staff exceptional in their politeness and service. The Crystal Suite is beautifully decorated and extremely spacious .The view from the sitting area outside the suite is peaceful in the morning and in the evenings one can view the cultural programs without going down. One thing that would have made the stay absolutely faultless if hotel management can think of ways to organise rt pcr for guests who need to travel back to cities where rt pcr is still needed on return from Rajasthan.I don’t think people would mind paying a bit extra for the convenience of hotel organising a pick up drop to closest pathology lab.Travel in the covid era should have this convenience factored in.New to a city as a guest it’s very difficult to figure out where to get a 24 hr reliable test done. Overall a wonderful stay!
