the hotel is in centre of katra , accessible and within walking distance of the prime places. neat and clean room. exceptional staff, they went out of their way to help me with matter even after checkout. Mr Rakesh Sharma, kudos to you and your team for the way you supported us right from check in to after checkout. If you are travelling with family, look no further. 5 star hospitality at 2 star price.

Facilities management for room maintenance needed on a proactive daily basis. It got adequately arranged on call basis. Hotel must add more photos to advertise/inform travelers about its value.

limited capacity in dropping people to Vaan Ganga. they have one vehicle for this activity for entire guests. dropping Vaan Ganga is a part of package however this is very much compromised. finally every guest has to hire the vehicle at their own

The location of property is very near to Katra Station and Market place. Hotel had drop facility till Starting point I.e. Ban Ganga which was very helpful. Staff was very courteous and property was well-maintained.

property is at the heart of the city makes, lot of shops and eateries nearby. autos can be found just outside the property. hotel provides free drop and pick up to the trek starting points. room was spacious and clean. hotel has spa which was quite appreciated after a long trek. hotel staff are very polite and honest. from the reception to driver I found everyone very helpful and kind.

Hot water can be a problem. however if you let the reception know they will fix it. I ended up calling reception too many times. of-course each time it was done very quickly.

The location is amazing, the facilities in the hotel is also very good, the Banganga drop facilities are great

The reception helpdesk is not the most helpful. The Banganga drop timings were not properly advised, same for pickup facility from Jammu

This was my second stint at The Royal Krishna. Location, food & overall services are very good. They also offer free transportation to Banganga. There are various eateries, medical shops, souvenir shops just outside the Hotel. The staff is quite courteous and willing to help guests. It is an ideal place to stay in case you are planning to visit Maa Vaishno Devi.

Breakfast table should have some few more options .... And in house dining restaurant should have more staff to cater to guests.
