The breakfast spread was amazing and need to mention that we enjoyed it thoroughly. The dinner buffet was okay and expensive.

The room amenities need to be upgraded. Also, the elevator did not go to the 1st floor (ground floor). This was very inconvenient and very unlike a good hotel. There was no information provided for the same. We went down to the ground floor in the lift and the doors did not open. We were a little shaken up but then pressed the 2nd floor and we went up. Had to take stairs to go down to the ground / first floor. When we informed the staff, they were very casual about it, as if we are supposed to know it upfront without any information provided.

Excellent Location to stay in Khandala particularly in monsoon season.

At breakfast we chose one table and kept our belongings. Waitress came and asked to shift to another table and later kept "Reservation board" on it. I denied to shift and raised it to manager. He allowed us. It was quite rude. I have never seen any 'reservation' for breakfast table in any of the hotels. Could not understand the purpose.

1. Amazing location with spectacular view from panorama room. No other hotel in lonavala will give this for sure. 2. Spacious room with elegant interior. 3. Food was delicious 4. Staf is very friendly polite 5. Good for party with friends and family. Also they maintain cleanliness.

1. Bed was not comfortable. You'll get hell of body pain next day. 2. Swimming pool is sloped 5 to 10 feet. But good they have life guards full time. 3. Panorama room has wide and beautiful balcony with unbeatable view but can't enjoy outdoor sitting coz from rooftop all rain water dripping inside balcony area. So you can only sit inside room behind glass window. :-)

The location, the hotel set up, room view, food

The high tea could have made better with more snacks options, also coffe vending machine would be a better option, Breakfast and buffet cost seemed on a higher side by 10% to 20%.

The food and beverages should be reasonably priced for residents to order and eat and drink. It's too expensive.

Good place to have some cosy time.

Food was overpriced Buffet breakfast did not meet your 4star expectations. It's awkward to have a swimming pool in the centre surrounded by restaurant. Limitation of food timing was not expected. We would almost sleep hungry. Request whatever instructions given at reception should also be given in pri Ted format.

Rooms were spacious and view from the room was superb, rooms were clean

The entertainment activity were not in the Hotel except swimming pool and badminton,more indoor activities can be added, food was good but not to the level to they charge

the lady at the reception was extremely rude while checking out, there were others too that were complaining. An excellent stay otherwise was spoilt by her arrogant and rude behaviour

This is a SFI, Should work on the balcony a bit. Since lonavla is popular in rainy season perhaps they can construct a window structure so that the water doesn't fall directly on the balcony. Due to the continual water the balcony was slippery as moss was formed.
