We are a Portuguese couple traveling the world in a motorcycle around Asia - and by that time visit India & Lucknow. We decided to stay here as a last minute option given our first hotel (the hotel we had booked to stay that night in Lucknow) was actually full and canceled our reservation. So as I said it was a last minute booking and happy it happened because we could not have a better stay ! Rooms are very proper and clean, and spacious ! Very comfortable bed so we had an amazing night sleep. Manager was super kind and gave us an upgrade! Besides that we was kind enough to let us park our motorcycle close to the main entrance of the hotel, next to the guard so he could keep an eye on it. The staff was quite nice with us. Breakfast is amazing 🤩! Breakfast Buffet with lots of varieties. Staff in the restaurant is also very kind. Before we left the staff offered us a lunch box for our journey so they were very kind with us ! As it is had everything we look in a hotel, we give it a 10 👍🏻

The hotel is spick and span, a peaceful clean location away from the hustle and bustle of traffic on the main road. Yet access to the main road (Shahid Path) is barely 2 mins away. I travel a lot and like to check different hotels all the time, with that experience, I can say that the staff here was exceptionally hospitable, gentle and caring. Right from the check-in desk to the staff at the restaurant and room service (a big thanks to Hasnain who helped us in the room), they treat you so gently and with kindness that you feel special being there. Loved the stay, and the overall feeling and yes I am coming back to this lovely hotel pretty soon. Good work guys! Cheers! See you again :)

My dad was travelling alone , he is 80 years old .I had lot of stress sending him to Lucknow but Shivani madam really relived all stress right from booking ,check in, room services ,helped to arrange cab for him, guided him, food was of excellent quality balanced ,hygienic which kept my dad healthy . I am really thankful to each and every staff working in this star hotel for their hospitality .

This hotel provides you everything you can ask for in a great property. It has very good restaurant of various cuisines with excellent food quality and taste, the location of the hotel is perfect too. The staff is very humble, courteous and helpful. Most of the senior staff really knows how to meet the needs and expectations of their customer. I keep visiting this property every month and the biggest reason has been the warmth and hospitality of their staff.

Perfect place to stay and dining, everything was arranged very nicely, front office staff was good with having smiling face. My stay was absolutely comfortable everything is perfect. This hotel pays meticulous attention to customers food was beyond amazing absolutely love it here.

The room was clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly: Rohit and Ram at the reception happily responded to our queries and helped store our luggage for the day after check out. The breakfast was good and they even packed a to go breakfast for us ( this is after our checkout. People were very nice)

Everything has been perfect since the arrival. Sonam the réceptionnist has been very gentle and also her collegue . All the staff from housekeeping to restaurant excellent. Swimming pool was delicious. The room was big, clean and safe

Property is well maintain...I am a regular visitor of hotel vista..main quality of management is that they keep mainiting the rooms and hotel..they provided me room on 3rd floor,which is newly renovated.Comfortable stay. My check in was done by Mr.Vishwajeet ji on reception. He welcomed very warmly and made by check in express.Within in two minutes i got my keys....Valet parking was available.

I am glad to share my experience from beginning to end. while entering you will get a nice fragrance in the lobby with smilling faces of reception staff.Beautiful hotel With exceptional service & food taste also. 😇
