Breakfast buffet and service was excellent! Rooms were sparkly clean and comfy. Customer Service was great - the staff was courteous and attentive to our requests. Ample parking available. We did not use any of the amenities (Pool, etc.) but the hotel is new and the rooms are modern and well-designed akin to well-kept rooms in a popular hotel chain. The location is 6 km away from Madurai airport and so a good place to stay if we are flying or planning to pick someone up from the airport.

Amika hotel was for a week my home our if home. This modern hotel is nice decorated and very clean. To my opinion, It can easily be rated as a 5 star hotel. The service from all staff members was exceptional perfect; from helping me to tour the area and giving me the feeling of a safe place. The hotel restaurant is super good and I enjoyed the quality food eating their breakfast and dinner, and the excellent service.

Beautiful new property. Check in was quick even though there were a bus load of tourists that had just arrived. Was upgraded to a Suite. I had booked a deluxe quadruple room. The suite was big n spacious. A roll in roll out bed was provided for the 3rd person. There was an ensuite and a separate toilet in the lounge area. Food was excellent at Malange Restaurant in the hotel. We ate dinner there. Breakfast was a wonderful spread of South Indian, Continental items. Also freshly baked croissants, Danish pastries and muffins. Compliments to Chef Mithu

It’s far from the main town. Although having said I had booked knowing this. The roll in roll out bed was low. I would have preferred the Delux Quadruple room.

Very well maintained property. Even during the rush days and hours of Christmas and new year, the property was on top of cleanliness. Their breakfast spread was delicious and amazing!! Very wide variety of dishes and very prompt seamless service at the restaurant. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Amika! Every aspect of this property is just excellent! Keep it up Amika team!! It’s sad they don’t have a chain or other branches in other locations !

This was a very comfortable hotel to stay in. The buffet breakfasts and dinners were excellent with a surprising number of choices for all courses. The staff in the hotel were very helpful. The laundry service was very good and all other requests were dealt with promptly. Security was no problem with a large safe provided.

The associated gym is poorly equipped with free weights (max 10 kg) and too hot. Coffee was not available in the restaurant except by special request and was slow to arrive,

It’s a well maintained, and aesthetically pleasing property. People at Amika make a huge difference and the humbleness of staff is something we felt as genuine than the typical greet and show attitude approach in many other chains.

The towels definitely is a big miss, they are not up to the level. And the water pressure in the bathroom, it’s too less to enjoy a good shower.

I had a wonderful 2-day stay at this hotel! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the environment was superb. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a truly pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to staying here again!

Staff didn't gv good respond. We check in 2am and check out 8am due to our trip like tht.whn we ask for WiFi password he refused to give tht time and tell only will gv it morning.Its like no point gv us in the morning coz we will check out 8am itself. More over inside room they didn't provide any toilet kits and towels for 4 person. Pls make sure all this provide before costumer check in.

Friendly staff and very good housekeeping. Very clean restaurant.Nice interiors. Breakfast Buffet (included) was extremely good and comprehensive. Located Outside of Core Madurai.Believe it is better to stay outside of Madurai busy streets. However good that short distance to Keeladi.

Restaurant menu is costly. While from trichy, u-turn to hotel at very far distance.No other shops near by.

I stayed here with my parents during last week of November 2022 and again during 1st week of December 2022. I would like to thank all the hotel staff and restaurant staff for helping us and making this a very memorable trip for my family. Special thanks to the restaurant staff Bhoopathi, Anand, Arul Doss and reception staff Asha for helping us during our stay.
