Good food. Friendly staff. Comfortable stay. Like an oasis in the middle of a crowded area.

The hotel is on the third floor and the lift buttom to third wasn’t working for the entire stay. Since my guests were in their 70s it was inconvenient for them. A little pricey for the basic amenities they provide.

We were made very welcome at Turtle Hotel and were greeted by extremely friendly staff who made us feel at home, and provided an excellent service! They are always there to help. The room was clean and comfortable, with AC and hardly any noise from the busy street outside. We would definitely recommend this property!

We liked everything and would have gladly spent more days in this hotel if we were staying longer in Mumbai. The hotel was a little bit tricky to find at the start as this was our first trip to India but the staff were very helpful and were available to help us via phone if needed. The location is good but the first day of our stay we decided to explore the area on foot. We'd definitely suggest a tuktuk instead. Our second day we used tuktuks to get around and it was very enjoyable.

Great place to stay with very good room size at a very affordable price. Staff is really nice and make your stay very comfortable. Best part about the hotel is the location. So its a must book. Rooms: Rooms is really in a city like Mumbai Safety: It is a save place to go with kids. Walkability: 100m walk from the main Azad nagar metro station

We had a great experience in the entire booking process and our stay. The place location, room maintenance and cleanliness are excellent. Staff are courteous and friendly. Special mention of Ms Dipika Awasthi who manages superbly. Recommend this place highly for a comfortable stay, especially, for your business

Big, spacious rooms with functional facilities and within 7km of the airport.

Was a little hard to find, but eventually got there. It’s located above the indoor sports facility, just take the lift up to the 3rd level and the staff will sort you out from there.

A lovely hotel with large rooms. The hotel is set back from the road so there was no noise and the rooms are comfortable and a really good size. All of the staff were super friendly and they went out of their way to make sure I was well looked after. I will definitely be using this hotel again in the future.

Hotel location was very easy locate .. and front end staff was really friendly ..Good place to stay ..well maintained rooms and food was really good and good location good service .. check in / check out was hassle free and over all good service ..

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.
