It was close to my office location and the staff was couteous.

When i booked for two night the room rent was 27 K and to my surprise it did not include breakfast. On the next day my colleague checked into the same hotel along with me he was charged 21 K for two nights for the same days i had stayed and his rates included breakfast. I was quite disappointed with this. This was more a Booking.com fault when i had enquired.

The location (close to the airport), the super comfy bed and the breakfast buffet that had a lot of good options. The hotel is also relatively well-maintained. I'm glad we chose this hotel for our final night in Mumbai as it ended on a high note. Also they had nice Christmas decor :)

There was some confusion as to whether breakfast was included in my booking or not, I was extra informed after checking in that it was included. But then at the breakfast after finishing eating, we were given an invoice of 2000 rupees and then at checkout was asked to pay. Staff checked more thoroughly and we didn't have to pay, it was a bit worrying but it was properly resolved. Otherwise we had an awesome stay.

Spacious and clean..but the aircondition is not that cold overall i enjoyed my stay..i rested well and the staff were all accomodating and respectful..They will help you as best as they can..

They dont have the personal kit..like toothbrush,cotton tips sewing kit and comb.. but overall i had a pleasant stay in Mirador Hotel.I will recommend to my friends and family..The price is reasonable.

The HVAC was good, no smell inside the room due to this. Good location, near to airport, food is okay,

The space around commode was less. Power sockets are loose, my extension box saved . Mattresses are so soft, that body mid portion is not supportive, pillow height was more.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is a sure value for money stay. I had the pleasure of enjoying an upgrade to family suite. The staff was very welcoming. Buffet breakfast was good. I would suggest that hotel should do something about restricting smoking beyond the specified areas as at times, it would smell. Else the decor and cleanliness were at / above par.

Breakfast was good, but the dinner hmmm they have to serve some asian menu.I love indian food but for proper meal we have to have some taste of our own dishes..white or garlic rice.

I was supposed to extend the stay for few hours before flight but they charge me almost 1 day..not reasonable..so i stayed at their cafe

The simplicity of luxury, the hotel room was so simple that you feel like a king. The staff was very welcoming and respectful. The breakfast was superb; I needed a more extended stay just to try all of it.

The number of switches around the room. Some don't work or do something that isn't supposed to happen. (try to turn lights off -> actually calling room service)

The Staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

Location is perfect for my purpose. 10mins drive from the airport. The staff are helpful and shout out to Rahul who’s concern about my food choices since not familiar with there cuisine. Pick up and drop off can be arrange. Wifi is good

Hope they can provide tourism or guided tour

Room cleaning is daily together with new towels and water. Staffs are accomodating.

Complimentary breakfast offers a few choices and almost the same menu everyday. But it was still worth the price.
