Staff was A1. Friendly, helpful and patient. They went above and beyond at every turn.

This seems very common in India, but bugs can get in the bathroom because there is no screen on the window, just glass panels that don’t entirely close. The toilet seat was stained (it looked really gross) and the toilet itself had a crack but was repaired. My children weren’t comfortable in the bathroom so that made things difficult for me. I was dissatisfied with that aspect of the room, but the rest was very nice. I didn’t realize that outside food was not permitted, so that was hard because we have young kids who can’t stay out late for dinner, and are picky eaters.

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the WiFi signal was great. Hotel staff were very hospitable and courteous. Overall a very good stay. Great cozy vibe in general.

The one breakfast I had was good.

The bathroom floor was very slippery when wet. I am surprised that guests have not fallen and hurt themselves. The air in the corridor and elevator was musty.

A brand new very up market property, centrally located, super clean, neat and lively. I Would love to stay here everytime in mumbai. Breakfast was a decent spread, staff very polite and professional.

Very accomodating staff and extremely helpful and courteous. The hotel is well located and the rooms are very comfortable. Its great for mid budget work travel.

The cupboards need a bit more upkeep and the toilet shelves etc need more planning. Better quality towels.

Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or attending to my room needs promptly, their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident at every turn. I also want to express my appreciation for the receptionist, whose courteous and efficient manner made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. Their professionalism set the tone for the rest of my stay and left a lasting impression. As for the amenities, while the breakfast was satisfactory, what stood out to me was the delightful selection of teas, juices, and the delicious bread pakora. It was a wonderful way to start the day, and I looked forward to indulging in these treats each morning. Another highlight of Hotel Ariana Residency is its convenient location near a metro station. This made it incredibly easy for me to explore the vibrant city of Mumbai and navigate my way around easily. Overall, my experience at Hotel Ariana Residency was nothing short of excellent, thanks in no small part to the exemplary service provided by Laxman, Faizur Rahman, Zubair, and the receptionist. The place was clean and staff were very attentive.

The toilet seat needs to be changed . Altho toilet was clean the toilet cover is looking dirty. Otherwise all good.

The staff are all very helpful and kind and always serve the guests. I liked something that I did not expect... which is the presence of the direction of the Qibla. I liked the tea. Karak.. It was very delicious.

The price is considered high compared to the quality of the place and the cleanliness is not the best. The bed needs to change all the pillows, because it is not clean. I requested a new pillow and he was replaced with a new one. I thank them for their cooperation. Their breakfast is very modest and there are not many varieties. I hope they make more dishes. The place is not considered special for tourists or visitors to the city. But it may be suitable for someone who has a job close to him.

Breakfast could improve. Both the items and the service. Considering that there may be travellers who want to catch a morning flight or train, the hotel should be punctual. I just had toast and left. None...I repeat, NONE of the other items was ready and it was 10 to 15 minutes past their official breakfast time.
