Very comfortable rooms. Bigger than average. Staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful. For business class rooms they have a nice lounge to work from Restaurants in the hotel are very good so you don't really need to step out for dinner. Variety of food is great For women travelling alone, this hotel feels very safe and even has a safety lock so that the door cannot be opened from outside

One tiny thing that bothered me was too many of the staff interrupting during meals to ask if we liked the meal. And even calling after room service to ask. If we liked the food. This does become annoying after a point. Though the staff has the best intention in mind and are extremely nice.

Check in experience . I had placed request for room near elevator as travelled with Elderly parents and had double checked before coming as well however while check-in process John realised room requirement again and tried to ensure I get the right room . When he could not get one he very politely requested if I could wait for 10 mins while he would get me upgraded room ( Junior Suite ) ready as that was near elevator . I was happy that he went far and beyond to honor my request and that ensured we had a super stay at the hotel

Breakfast food variety is there but taste can be better at least of one or two signature dishes. Also usually we get asked for Tea /coffee at table but this time I had to go behind and ask for a cup and get the required beverage ., Not too much of hassle however can be handled for greater experience.

The location and the view from our room was fantastic. Staffs were very courteous and facilities were excellent.

The dinner buffet was very okay, bland in taste, when asked for a customised pasta the waiters were clueless and wanted an approval of manager, inspite of it we had to explain everything again and then we ended up getting a cold penne pasta as bland as the original one. I'm sorry to say, every single thing in Radisson is top notch excepting the lunch and dinner buffet and staffs hustling around for no reason but creating inconvenience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the hotel, and I am absolutely delighted to share my experience. I was greeted by the warm and welcoming staff who made me feel like a valued guest. The room I stayed in was a true oasis of comfort and elegance. The cleanliness and tidiness of the room were impeccable, creating a sense of tranquility that allowed me to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience at the hotel's restaurant. The hotel's amenities were equally impressive. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The Radisson Blu is definitely the best hotel in town. The location is great (Mysore is not that big) and next to a shopping mall, so you can get some clothes or other items (great little fish spa). The hotel is a big and inviting lobby. The reception staff is very friendly (thank you Mon!). We stayed in two connecting rooms. Both rooms were equally comfortable, large, modern, luxurious, and fully equipped. The breakfast and dinner buffets are fantastic. The choice for non-Indian food is limited but sufficient, but we noticed that really only a fraction of the visitors is non-Indian anyway. But if you love Indian food, you're in for a great treat! Restaurant staff is lovely too. The hotel pool is large and has a nice kiddy pool, whereas the main pool goes from 3-4 feet in the beginning to 5 feet at the deep end. There is a gym with various machines and there is a hot jacuzzi, a steam room and hot sauna (in both the ladies and gents dressing room). Towels in abundance, helpful staff. The spa is worth a visit too. Again lovely welcoming staff, nicely decorated halls and rooms, a wide selection of treatments (we arranged a short massage for our children, which they totally loved! The therapists were so sweet, gentle and professional, big thank you!). All in all, this gets a full score from us. We'd love to come back there again when in Mysore.

Only one comment, the in-room safes were not bolted into the wall or cupboard. One could simply take it under the arm and walk out. The hotel must deal with this immediately.

Room was mostly comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Deepshita showed us to the room and explained about all the facilities. Freshly cooked eggs and dosa at breakfast was great.

WiFi was down for a significant period of time which led to me having to join some important meetings using my phone data which was not ideal. WiFi should be reliable at a high end hotel like Radisson Blue. At the breakfast buffet, the frittata was overcooked and tasted awful. Some of the croissants and pastries were a little dry. We ordered pizza through room service and the base of the pizza was not very good.

The ambience and decor

No wifi in the room. Didn’t get fixed even after complaining which is not expected in such a highly rated establishment. Concierge service was pathetic. First day got confused about the location we wanted to visit and misguided the car driver. 2nd Day completely forgot to arrange for a car and did a last minute shoddy job of arranging a vehicle. We had requested to have us assign the same driver who was with us on the first day. However we were told that he has been assigned to tourists who are outside of Karnataka. Not sure if that’s a part of the policy. Also not sure if Mr. Abdullah believes that Mumbai is situated in Karnataka cause we went for our vacation from Mumbai. He promised someone else will be arranged at 8.30 am for local sightseeing, however did not even bother to do that.

Excellent location to reach every main locations at Mysore.Iam extremely thankful to your staff Mr Vinay who has been very much helpful and guidance given to us with full patience such a staff member will definitely raise your good profile to the execellency you always should give him full support in future because Mr Vinay is very valuable staff to you.Thanks Mr Vinay.In overall all the staff service was excellent and in my next visit too with no doubts or confusions I will opt Radisson.

There is no such thing that I can point out.

The Radisson staff are friendly and efficient, always enquiring if they assist with any needs. the gorgeous decor lives up to the Radisson name and the delicious menu at the main eatery. One thing that stood out was the excellent wifi in the rooms and lobby. A small thing that has led to frustration at other recent stays. The room was spacious and the king bed very comfortable. USB charging ports in the room allowed easy charging of devices with the international adapters. A walk in closet allowed good storage of suitcases and other bags out of the bedroom. An enormous bathroom provided a luxurious feeling with a bath and shower.

The only minor issues we had was an electric kettle that switched off before it boiled and a bar fridge that was barely cool. if we had stayed more than one night, I would have advised the concierge and it would have been rectified.

breakfast was excellent and sumptuous. Mysore Masala Dosa was super. Room and bathroom both very good. The view of Racecourse, Golf course and Chamundi hills was pleasing to the eyes. Location of the hotel is very good. You can not get any classier hotels closer to the Palace than this.

You have to reach reception and upon verification, they will send you to the upper floor where there is another reception counter who will do the same procedure. Could not understand the logic of two reception counters.
