The staff was very cooperative. The location is excellent and even during clear weather you can see some important Himalayan peaks like kamet, nanda devi etc. Kamal the manager of the resort is genuine and full of love and care, if you need something it will be done because Kamal is there. Nainital is an over rated place. If you really like to stay in peace and in the heart of nature, this is the place. For a visit to Mukteshwar and kainchi dham this is the right place. Rabindra nath tagore stayed here for 6 years and the movie masoom was filmed here. It's a paradise on earth. The exact location is the GAGAR village near Ramgarh in nainital district on mukteshwar road. Best of luck

Aftr a vry long time ,I found a nice property to stay, owner of the property Harmeet ji is avry genuine person,always ready to help you out of the box,Manager Maneesh ji is vry polite,soft spoken and available 24*7... house keeping staff is on time,rooms and washrooms are clean,food was served hot and on time,Room service staff Rahul is vry supportive....bed sheets were vry clean ... service was on time...aftr a vry long I found a vry nice property in Hilly areas,a must place..for family and friends Thanks a lot,Harmeet ji,Maneesh JI and Rahul for all your support... I would definitely recommend everyone to stay at Kumaon Roop Resort GAGAR-RAMGARH. From the food to hospitality, everything was exceptional. The Himalayas in the morning seen from the balcony started the day with deeper meanings - feeling cheerful from the get go in the mornings It was located at the centre of mukhteshwar - easy accessible of things The staff was very friendly and treated us like family. Everyone is so humble and nice! Food is amazing, room was perfect and moreover the way they treat their guest is out of the world. Really worth visiting!

The food was the best. The locality is serene. Very peaceful place with best view of valley and Himalayan range. I would recommend it to one who wants to stay for 2 days and explore everything nearby, like the Bhowali range and Mukteshwar.

The location is about 22 km far from Nainital if one is planning to go there. The Log Hut and Family Suite is a bit far from reception and difficult to access for senior citizens.

Excellent Resort , View from the resort is very nice. One of the top point after Nainital.The resort is around 20 Km from Nainital lake,very quiet and peaceful property. Food was good. Staffs are excellent. Excellent Service from Manish and Team. Arranged camp fire for us. Really recommended place for quiet good view.

I stayed in this hotel for one day. It was indeed a very good experience and noticed that the entire area is neat and clean. Checking in was very fast, guided to the room as usual in any good hotel, excellent ambiance in general. The Himalaya view is awesome, best hotel in Gagar ,Nanital. Overall, it was a comfortable stay during the short trip. This property is in center of Bhimtal , Nainital and Mukteshwar So if you are visiting these places this resort is Recommend . It is really value for money and above all, everywhere quality was good, be it a food, an ambience or staff supportiveness. Since i have booked through online mode, I initially thought room will be good but other things will be average; but unexpectedly every services were good.

Great location, and really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay is the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. The food was delicious. The mountain view from my room was beautiful. It was a pleasure staying at Kumaon Roop Resort.
