Everything was fine, except that given the cost they never provided drinking water bottle or even a glass of water as complimentary. We reached late night and for drinking water we went out to procure one. The in-house food menu is limited and costly

perfect location if you are looking to explore a little bit of New Delhi city. we only had 2 nights, but it is in such a great location to walk to many restaraunts and cafes. there are also really great markets around this area; we took a taxi to these but im sure there are many walkable too! I think this hotel was a great value for the price. Staff also helped us book a ride to the airport at a very fair price. would definitely recommend staying at hotel krishna.

my partner and I had no complaints with our room or our stay! However, our friends room had a fridge that did not work, so all his beers and waters were hot. and his ac didnt work either:/

Wrong Commitment. I had to go to Airport late night so I asked to Travel Desk for the cab as a solo rider; I confirmed with the asking price and requested that cab would be on-time. When I reached at reception around drop time, he was unsure about the booking. The. On-rush, he called a cab which was super under valued at the asking price point. Then immediately I called OLA and booked a OLA premium plus cab in near by 40 percent pricing a super clean and maintained cab. Please and please don’t cheat. I am an Indian citizen then they did this, how could they treat Foreign language spoken traveler?

The hotel and everything was ok. I would like to remark the professionalism of the staff, they were really amazing. Room service always there with a smile and very polite. I am also diabetic, and when i arrived to the room i realized there was no fridge, so i use to ask for a space in the fridge of the hotel for my insulins. So did I. 10 minutes later, the room service staff knocked my door with a fridge so I can keep my insulins fresh in my room. These kind of gestures are difficult to find and talks a lot about the profissionalism of the staff, and the understanding of the client needs. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, food was good and cheap.

It was nice stay over there, hotel is very nice in cleaning and staff is very helping and good behavior. Room was good in size and clean linen at all bed was good comfortable. Hotel located near to the Railway Station and Airport Express Metro also hardly 5 to 10 mnts. Food was very tasty.

When we asked for some tips about Delhi we were sent to the ‘travel desk’ in the lobby. When we told the guy we didn’t want to book a tour but just wanted some tips, he quickly summed up all the highlights in Delhi and then returned to his phone and didn’t look at us anymore. I’ve never experienced this unpoliteness. And obviously we didn’t catch all the names of the highlights. Luckily we found some real friendly people at another place where we had breakfast who told us all about their lovely city!

I booked this hotel because there was a big discount on the 1-night stay, otherwise it would be costly for me. I really enjoyed my stay, the instant solving the problem by the reception guy (like additional blanket, poor wi-fi connection in my room), hot shower with good water supply

Their was shaadi celebration in the house nearby the hotel and people there used loudspeaker. I think loudspekers should be banned at all tourist streets. It was not at all the mistake of the hotel, the suggestion is for the Delhi administration.

the staff was very very nice and helped a lot... You could call them for anything and it's done. The beds were very very comfortable. There was even a hair dryer in the bathroom and kettle also was available.

There was no iron you had to go outside to get your clothes pressed, the bedsheets were not very clean and the location is very very crowdy so if you have to go anywhere or come back there is always a jam on the way so you have to leave atleast 15-20 minutes early so as to reach on time

Hotel Krishna is amazingly beautiful with a very soothing interior and also a very eco-friendly rooms with a warm hospitality. Further, this hotel is located in the heart of Delhi city- Pahar Ganj and a great choice for travelers interested in sightseeing, street markets, and monuments. Last but not least, Breakfast/ dinner was good.

It was a comfy stay at hotel krishna bed was a little bit hard but overall room size and amenities were upto point.hot water was also provided.If I'll visit paharganj I'll definitely stay at hotel krishna.

Cleanliness in the bathroom can be improved. Free toiletries can be provided in double deluxe room 😑
