Very close to New Delhi railway station (8 minutes walking). Free airport shuttle with a very good driver. Room is good, a bit old but clean and maintained. The personal is very very helpful and welcoming. They also have a travel agency that can help you with your tours.

The surrounding is not the best (as it is near the station) but walking 10 minutes you can find some good restaurants. Anyway, at 10 minutes tuk tuk, you can get to Connaught’s Place.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The hotel has an good restaurant with delicious food and a good price-performance ratio! Although the hotel is located on a busy street, our hotel room was very quiet, so we were able to rest well. Always happy to return!

It was clean and spacious. The bathroom was good. The staff were very helpful going above and beyond. The pickup from the airport was very good, they were waiting when we arrived after a delayed flight. I would recommend this hotel.

The accommodation had security guards on duty at all times, so it was very safe. They were very kind, offering us a welcome drink and moving us to a room with a double bed. The breakfast was also very delicious.

Nice, clean, quiet and comfortable room. ALL staff were extremely nice and helpful. From the security guy at the door that accompanied me across the street to the ATM, to the 2 reception managers that helped me with different inquiries, to the guys working in the restaurant. Everybody was respectful and friendly. I hope the owners pay them well as they all seemed to work very long hours! My airport pick up worked smoothly. The complimentary breakfast was great and had different options every day. They have a great coffee machine which made me personally very happy! I usually dont eat at hotels, but as i was exhausted every night i had dinner there all the time and it was really good.

The location didnt seem to be the greatest

Everything was really good. The breakfast was very complete with lots of different options, the room was super clean with fresh sheets, it was not noisy at all, air conditioning was working well and staff were very helpful and friendly. They picked us up from the airport as we chose that option. I would recommend this place for sure

In my room the pressure of the shower was a bit low but in my parents room was perfect so we used that one. It’s just a small detail everything else was perfect

They offered a free pick-up from the airport but we had to pay for the parking. Around 200 rupees. We asked to have the sheets changed and they were very helpful. They brought some complimentary fruits and snacks. On the last day as we had a late flight they kept our luggage and also offered a room to change, etc. They help us with taxis and day tours. The breakfast was good and with many options.

We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel. Location was very central and staff were very friendly and helpful. the best thing about staying here was Mr Dhiru at the tour and travel desk who gave us great advice with planning our trip in India.He helped us with our city tours and transfers to Rishikesh and Agra, even after we checked out. The hotel facilities are good which include furniture, lift, and washroom. Cleanliness and maintenance of facilities was top notch. Further the hotel is quite near to New Delhi Railway Station and on the main road itself. Staff behaviour and service is quite good. Recommended for all whether family, leisure or official trip.
