We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel. Location was very central and staff were very friendly and helpful. the best thing about staying here was Mr Dhiru at the tour and travel desk who gave us great advice with planning our trip in India.He helped us with our city tours and transfers to Rishikesh and Agra, even after we checked out. Thanks so much.

The hotel facilities are good which include furniture, lift, and washroom. Cleanliness and maintenance of facilities was top notch. Further the hotel is quite near to New Delhi Railway Station and on the main road itself. Staff behaviour and service is quite good. Recommended for all whether family, leisure or official trip.

Breaksfast is very good, the staff is helpful and gentle, food from their kitchen is delicious and reliable, location is also very nice. The hotel sent a driver to pick me up at the airport for free, and that was really a must.

They offered me a day tour of Delhi in a car and three-day package to Amritsar. I decided to do them. But the plan of the Delhi tour was not properly achieved. So, I decided to cancel the trip to Amritsar and request my money back. Apparently it was the driver's fault, and I won't put this in the hotel's account, in spite of the hotel's responsibility for the drivers they hire.

Excellent location with well equipped and modern room. Polite and friendly staff. Highly Recommended if you want stay in paharganj locality.

This was a last minute booking due to travel cancellation so had to spend 2 days in Delhi. fortunately got a good deal on this hotel and I really loved my stay. The rooms were very clean, hardly any noise and amazing food! special shout out out to the travel desk person at hotel , he really went out of the way to arrange plans for the two days. Will recommend this hotel for couple and families.

Everything and everyone was nice and very friendly and also the travel agent which has an office in the lobby was so helpful organising the trip to Varanasi and back for us. That's why we stay here again when we came back from Varanasi. Highly recommend George Australia

The room was clean and comfortable, the roof terrace nice for having our breakfast and the staff was really helpful and kind in assisting us with our requests and to make SIM cards. Also they have a great travel agency service within the hotel ! Recommended !
