Clean room and hot water for bathroom

I had a problem with Mr. Joshi's hotel travel desk and I don't know if the problem was with me or the hotel travel desk. I booked him a cruise to a beach town to take us by car costing 9000 rs roundtrip to the beach town Rishikesh, we agreed to let him know 5 hours before the trip as it was raining. We said we have to cancel and he charged us 4500 rupees as cancellation fee. cancellation fee. According to him, the cancellation law is half the amount But in my opinion, because my reason was reasonable, the reason for withdrawing is because of the rain And since he didn't pay for our trip and the car hadn't arrived yet, I think the cancellation fee of 4500 rupees was too much and I'm very unhappy about it. I even told them to take about 2000 rupees. which they opposed.

To keep the roof terrace accessible would be nice even during the less typical seasons for this, otherwise everything was very pleasant during our stay!

The hotel rooms are not cleaned properly even there were cockroaches inside the room everywhere.family rooms are usually not displayed in the booking.com portal which is a problem.

Cleanliness of room, No natural lighting in the room, can be improved with proper ventilation, stuffy room though large room.

During my stay at the hotel, I was impressed by the lovely rooms that were spotlessly clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast options were not only delicious but also catered to various preferences. The friendly staff provided excellent service..

This hotel and its fantastic location made my recent stay truly exceptional. The overall experience was wonderful, and I was pleased to find that the hotel was better than I had initially thought. The price was a remarkable value, and the presence of excellent nearby restaurants made it an easy choice for future stays..

Rooms are specious. Bathroom facilities are also good. Staffs behavior was good.

I stayed there for 3 nights, but no room & bathroom cleaning was done. According to them at booking. com they must provide electric cattle in room but I didn't find that. Soap & shampoo provided at bathroom on the 1st day only.

Hotel staff and manager are very polite Hassle-free check-in and check out No extra charges. You can order food from anywhere. Couple friendly. Completely neat and clean rooms. Bed, pillow, bedsheets, towels are very clean not even a single stain. Air conditioner is awesome i hadn't seen this kind of cooling in this price range of hotels. Size of room is above average but still quite good Couples must choose this hotel.
