Zostel Delhi Hostel

Staying at Zostel Delhi was awesome! The place had a cool vibe - cozy yet modern, with spotless facilities and comfy rooms. The common areas were lively with fellow travelers, perfect for mingling and making new pals. The staff were super friendly and knew all the local hotspots, hooking us up with awesome recommendations. Will miss their hospitality. Overall, my experience at Zostel was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and affordable stay while exploring new destinations. Well, nothing that I didn’t like about the property. It was great experience for my 1 week of stay.

I really enjoyed the unique culture at Zostel. Unlike other places where people just check in, go to their rooms, and check out, Zostel offers a different experience. Guests can play games like Ludo, chess, poker, and 8-ball pool, or dance and chat with strangers. If you form a group of four, they even guide you on a tour around Delhi, where you only pay for the tuk-tuk and food. I was particularly impressed with the staff's helpfulness and willingness to assist. Whenever I had an issue, they were ready to help, whether it was getting my watch repaired, finding nearby laundry services, or getting a trim. And yeah, there is a microwave oven and refrigerator in zostel where u can keep any food you ordered or brought from home. You keep it cool and can heat it when you want to eat it.. The best part was the late-night talks on the rooftop. You wouldn't realize it's 4 in the morning until you remember you need to sleep.

If you compare it with some other places, the facilities and cleanliness might feel like it's lacking a little bit. But the good culture,safety, and cleaning schedule eyeshadows it. It would have been better if dorms also had lockable keys to enter. And if the cafe had a little more variety of food.

The best thing about Zostel is the vibe of the place and the people, both who work there and those who come to stay there. It is such a homely space. Be it with your friends or family, it definitely is a safe and a comfortable place to live in. The rooms are not so big, but that posseses no inconvenience of any sort. The cost is also not high, so it'll be quite affordable to students also. Zostel definitely played a key role in making new friends and memories.

The one downside is the lack of proper canteen/food area in the place. Some general menu items arw available but the choices are quite limited. However, there are some great places near the property that can be explored for local food. Also, some people might find the condition of the bathroom/area not upto high standards, but I would suggest not to compare it with a five star high end place considering that the stay is affordable.

It was great location close to the new delhi metro and the train station. Staff were great with recommendations for local food and with queries about the train. Cafe/restaurant onsite with decent food. Several places to chill out. Decent room and bathroom clearly renovated a much older hotel. Was free from the outside noises.

Not a lot of atmosphere or people about. Also the lift has such a loud music in it. It kept us awake or from sleeping most of the night as people went up and down. Our hot water wasn't working and the handle of the shower just came off. Staff did come to fix this straight away though and eventually got it kind of fixed and hot water later on in the evening

I loved the overall vibe of this place as well as the value for money it delivers. I was traveling for part work/part leisure and the workspace Zostel offers is amazing. Seamless wi-fi connectivity along with great work space helped. I'd recommend Zostel if you're looking for 2-3 days of workcation with the opportunity to catch up with a few folks!

I think the overall cleanliness of the room could have been better. Additionally, the cleanliness of the toilet could be worked upon. I know this is a hostel and has a bunch of folks staying but overall the cleanliness of the dorm was lacking and could be worked upon!

Where do I start? From each and every staff member to the guests, everyone was super nice! The cafe food was good, ambience and whole vibe of this zostel is great! The place is clean and staff is super supportive and ever present. Bunny is my favourite person amongst a few others. I honestly had a personal bond with all the staff members and surely would be coming here again whenever I'm in delhi ✊🏻😁 "Savere 6:10" ko aunga!! Tab tak sabko mere best wishes!!

such a good hostel middle of delhi, nearby to railways station just walking distance. clean dorm/bed/blanket and also good wifi free refill drink at water dispenser . they also selling a breakfast .all staff here friendly and helpful, good choice for traveller people who looking accomodation at delhi. challo 🫡

dont trust a traffic at delhi. this area is a heavy traffic so planing your or just use a offline auto than compare with the online fare for the ride.

Hotel located in the main street near the train station. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bedrooms decent size with big bathrooms. Everything was clean.

In some room configuration you have the AC right next to your head when you sleep which makes it quite loud. I would say in general everything was great but it is quite expensive compared to other places.

The location is at a walking distance from New Delhi railway station which makes it very convenient to reach. It's an ideal hostel if you need to halt in Delhi for two three days. The staff is courteous. If one wants to travel in Delhi they can stay here for two three days and then move to south delhi for greener areas. As it lies in Paharganj, which is a very congested area it lacks Greenery. Apart from that it's a nice place to stay. Also may be it lacks a bit of vibe that one looks for in a hostel. May be a seperate person can be hired for that job as the current staff already have enough on their plate.

We booked a room which looked a little shady in the pictures and we were a little anxious but to our surprise the room was very neat, clean, furniture and everything seems to have been upgraded and exceeded our expectations. Lovely, spacious rooms. Lives up to the franchise name. It’s right next to train station, a little off the main road, so it’s not loud. It a had a good waiting area and a pool table so it’s relaxing to wait around.

A few things which could be improved: Being a hostel - the common bathroom should be better maintained. We left somethings in room and the cleaning staff who went in immediately after we left the room, didn’t let us know. I think the main staff should look into this. It wasn’t very expensive so it wasn’t a bad loss but it was a loss nonetheless. They charge for luggage storage after checkout (for the same day), which I think is an overkill. It was noisy due to next door rooms untill 1.30am and the staff wasn’t able to contain it. This left a little bit of bad aftertaste.
