Staff is excellent. Very approachable and smiley. All needed requested items were delivered like towels, filter water, toiletries. Very upfront reception, very informative, offered us coffee on arrival as we had night flight. Helped us with taxi arrangements. Surprisingly quiet even though location is very lively. Food ok. Good coffee. Very close to train station or Metro to the airport.

Open plan bathrom, water everywhere. Water for shower not always very hot. Noise from other rooms even at night times.

The room is good and the price is excellent. After we checked out from the hotel, while we were heading to the airport to return back home, they immediately called the driver and informed that I forgot my cell phone in the room. I can't thank them enough..Very good, nice people.

There were no window in the room. But for this price, it is normal. The AC was working very well.

I stayed at The Singh Empire in Delhi and had a great experience. The room was spacious and had all the necessary facilities, which was a big plus. The price was reasonable, especially considering its location right by the main road. Despite the chilly weather in Delhi, the room was cozy and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat from the cold. Overall, a satisfying stay with a good balance of comfort, convenience, and affordability.

I found the food prices at the hotel to be quite high. Although the overall experience was positive, the expensive dining options were a downside.

Hotel Singh Empire provides everything a traveller to Delhi needs - Location (a few hundred metres from New Delhi Railway Station and the Airport Express terminal) with 24/7 check-in; Comfort (the Superior rooms are spacious and comfortable and worth the premium); Food (breakfasts are delicious, though the dining room can become a bit crowded at peak times, and dinners are a delight); Security (staff are very mindful); Advice (for anything you need in Delhi including tourist tips and bookings); and, above all, very friendly and helpful staff.

The staff, the facilities and the room are all perfect. Nothing to add there. They are all superb and value for money. The only issue is the location. If you rely on the metro then keep in mind that you have to walk for some minutes on crowded noisy streets to reach the nearest metro. Also note that the hotel is located on a prominent street that's heavily crowded during rush hour. But the hotel itself is perfect. These are not negative points against the hotel, just auxiliary aspects to keep in mind for future travelers.

Very near to N.Delhi Railway Station & other famous places. Transport is easily available & behavior of all employees very nice & co-operative minded. Thanks to the all employees of ' THE SINGH EMPIRE '. They always give good suggestions whether any borders can't face any bad hazard/acute problems. However we are recommended to stay further, if think so....

Very congested area, not good for very peaceful person, room are all very close between each other, if anyone speak loudly then face disturb the annexed borders. Some changes is needed about breakfast.

Everything is fine at singh empire hotel

Very bad experience about airport drop off vehical driver.. He took 2 and half hours to drop off to airport. He pose us to visit some shops and take him for tips and his behaviour was very hert for us.. while the trip he was take his lunch, fuel the gas and do lots of other things. Also not working AC for his vehical. Fortunately we could took our flight on time and waste another 15 minutes surely we would miss our flight.. Hotel is grete. We recommend every time this hotel, staff and service. Please be kind look for drop off drivers. He tell his name is bobby. Thank you

I don't think I was a typical guest. Stayed a full month and there were days I didn't stray far from my room (not your typical tourist cramming in everything they can and barely seeing their room). Comfortable clean room with a street view. Big bathroom. Restaurant on premises with varied breakfast, Indian or Italian dinner menu. The staff helped with any request (though I like to think I don't need too much).

Strange feature! My hotel room door had frosted glass panels - so light came into the room until the hall lights were turned out at about midnight (absolutely no problem with privacy though - it was very very frosted with a nice design). Very good choice of breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, good location, clean and comfortable room. Dinner/Lunch menu and price are reasonable and well served by restaurant staff. Love the cappuccino machine! We like that the payment of all hotel/restaurant/taxi charges are charged directly on our Credit Card. We had a good time at this place. Recommended!

The shower room floor sometimes is quite slippery when wet and could cause accident to elderly guests. Must have a few grab bars installed in the shower room!
