The location is just superb .The resort is very tastefully made .Staff is excellent and courteous.They go out of their way to make you comfortable.The food was very good with the chef’s accommodating all our demands

The Araiya Hotel is located in a beautiful forest area, across a river in Palampur, HP. It is a sprawling property well laid-out with stunning views of the mountains. The views from the rooms are absolutely wonderful esp at sunrise and sunset. The property also has a large garden with benches and hammocks, also with a lovely view of the hills. Rooms : Rooms are well designed and high quality furnishings and fittings have been used, very classy and thoughtful. We chose the Suite which had 3 levels, the ground level had a large sitting room, the 2nd level 2 bedrooms with attached bath and a large balcony and a third room in the attic also with attached bath - while there were only 4 of us, the apartment could accomodate 6 pax. The hotel has a nice old-world-charm Bar called the 'Old fox' which overlooks the pool and an outdoor seating area. The meals are served in the restaurant which had a good variety of food for Dinner and breakfast. Service in the restaurant was also very efficient. All in all, if you are looking for a luxury hotel with the beauty of nature and solitude, this hotel cannot be missed.

All was good, I can't think of anything which was not upto the mark except that the room rate (incl breakfast and dinner) was a bit expensive.

Location of this resort is awesome.. a perfect place to rewind yourself, away from the city.. View of the Dhauladhar range on one side and pine trees on the other from the pool was amazing. Well maintained garden with colorful flowers was a treat to the eyes.. Bar by the poolside was wonderful.. Wifi was good. Though the food options were limited, the taste was good.

Spa was average.. pool needs renovation and should be cleaned better. Would be good to have live music by poolside atleast over the weekends. Pool table was missing.

Good property, had an amazing holiday, rooms are clean, staff is very courteous, the kitchen staff was very helpful since we had a small child with us, special thanks to Poonam the spa expert for taking care of us

Amazing hotel with fantastic views and facilities. Wonderful food. The best part is the staff - caring, experienced. From the staff at reception, to the guards to the restaurant- it’s the hospitality which takes the stay to another level.

The best part of the property is the ambience and the location. Loved the live music that was played in the open restaurant area during dinner. Food was good too. The staff was courteous and polite.

The kids room. Can make it better for smaller children. I have a 2 year old kid but there was not much for her in the kids room. Can add slides, swings, balls etc.

Their hospitality and quality of food was superb. It's location is the best in Palampur. They have a Kids zone which our kids really enjoyed. The room service was quick and the chef could make anything we asked for according to our's and Kid's requirements. While checking out they even packed food for us for on our way back home.

Everything was Perfect 👌

Araiya is located up in the hills in a quiet area. One can hear the river at a distance. The Dhauladhar range is visible from the property which is spectacular. The service and staff at Araiya is exceptional and they had great recommendations about the area around for us. We ordered dinner a la carte and the food was really good.

Wifi wasn’t good which was a minor inconvenience

The location and the ambiance were excellent. Old Fox, the bar has been tastefully done so is the sit-out with a small pool. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was spic and span. Overall well done.

No ramps for the physically challenged.

The location was unique. Staff was excellent. Food service was excellent. Cleanliness was perfect. Happily enjoyed our stay for six nights.
