The size of the rooms were excellent. Hotels should pay attention to bathroom facilities for disabled guests.

Rooms should be aired out before guests check in. Rooms start to smell and we requested a diffuser. It was promised but after an hour nothing was brought to the room. After enquiring we were given 3 different reasons as to why one could not be provided. These sounded more like excuses and lies which was not acceptable for the Hyatt brand. Staff at reception should be trained to handle customer queries professionally. Food preparation at the dinner buffet should be inspected as 3 family members took ill after consuming food at the dinner buffet.

Excellent property with exceptional staff. The staff make the stay comfortable and memorable. They go out of thier way to make sure you are happy and settled. PS: there are identical twins in the staff, find them 🙂 Rooms are clean and spacious. The top rooms have views of the hills around Hinjewadi. The facilities and food is also good quality and the chef can customise dishes for you if you need. The rooms have massive windows and there is good storage for your belongings, which is missing in other hotels. Overall it was a great stay and I would visit again. They even have electric car charging in the basement which was a bonus.

Breakfast time is quite chaotic. There needs to be better management of guests coming for breakfast - two staff would be ideal so one can take the room numbers and the other can check on available tables that can be allocated. People were randomly walking in and taking assigned tables. The crowd was a big put-off, and I did not enjoy it at all - I ate only idlis and took a cup of tea to avoid the rush at the food counters.

Excellent hotel located in the high tech area of Pune. Rooms are big and confortable with various services (wifi, minibar, food, laundry...). The gym center and the pool are of high qualities. The staff is professional and supportive in solving all the issues you may face. The restaurant provides good breakfasts (buffet with continental and indian food) and good meals (buffet or menu). Thank you for this nice experience.

Though the restaurant food is of good quality, the lunch and diner are rather expensive by comparison to some other places in Pune or elsewhere.

So I got lost in the hotel and there was this one staff (?waiter) called Rohit I believe. Instead of helping he was being rude and in a very rude was asking ”kaha jana hai?” And later misinformed me saying the lift doesn’t go to the floor that I wanted to. No courtesy to help visitors at all. What I think is these workers haven’t had anyone calling them out on their nasty behavior. I hope they don’t do it to other (esp foreign visitors) & ruin this hotel’s reputation. Rest everyone there was really kind and helpful

The rooms were very good, clean and maintained. The check-in and check-out process was really smooth and very quick. The breakfast was very good with lots of options and very tasty. The staff is really well behaved and understand their responsibilities. Overall a very good experience.

The entry gate is located near a one way, although the roads are wide with partition, but seems like the traffic police allows only one side travel. The entry is hard to locate types unless using maps. The washroom doors are sliding style and a bit difficult to lock because of the wear and tear for the hanging slide styling.

The staff was excellent. From the security to the front office to housekeeping to restaurant.

The rooms were very bright with the cupboard light not going off (I fixed that myself). Light from an alarm. And a router. And the overhead shower was leaky. Very minor quibbles, but if the hotel is reading this please fix. And the pillows are square. I really do prefer normal shaped pillows. It they were comfortable.

We were positively surprised by the very spacious room. The dinner buffet was also a pleasant experience. Rohit (at the Restaurant) was very welcoming, helpful & always attended to us with a smile & he also surprised us with a lovely cake as he picked up that it was our anniversary. Next morning Breakfast spread was also amazing & the tastes were to our liking.

I stayed at Hyatt Place for 2 nights with my family. It was a very comfortable stay at the hotel. I checked into the hotel at midnight around 1am and missed my dinner due to travel. The hotel had dining room service available at that time also. We liked breakfast live counters very much as they were cooking and serving as requested. The location of the hotel is also good .

All facilities are excellent, Mainly in front desk all staff is excellent.(especially Miss Riddhi was so cordial). The food and ambience was excellent in the restaurant and Pub ( Miss Siddhi and all staff was so cordial). It was enjoyable and really worth .
