The hotel is located in a convenient place. The facilities are good. Food is excellent as in all Sayaji hotels. I want to commend Mr. Ashu who went out of his way to set things right. He even arranged breakfast on dot at 06:30 am as requested by me as I had to leave early for work.

The maintenance in the bathrooms didn't seem so good. Also my room key did not work for the whole first day and we need the key for the lift too. The restaurant seems crowded for a buffet with little room to pass through in a crowd. There is lot of noise due to marriages. Lifts seem too less for the amount of marriage crowd.

Breakfast has good spread. The staff were helpful. Ambiance is pleasant. Housekeeping staff were excellent and very helpful. Check in staff was also helpful, and the check in as well as the checkout process was swift.

The feedback staff called me and without asking whether I was ready for feedback or not, he started asking questions. This process could improve. The prices could be a bit more competitive.

Good location and easy access to the highway. Property is good, well maintained and staff is very helpful. Housekeeping staff was very good and happy to help with our requests. The food delivered was very tasty as well.

Since we had a baby we had to order in and the person / people who took the orders for room service was either new or they were not trained well. They usually missed something every time, even when we repeated and confirmed the orders with them. At times plates and spoons weren't delivered, or no sugar given with the coffee/tea, some food item missing entirely and we had to call back again to get it delivered.

Everything was good. Service time could be better. Cleanliness was very good. Security system such as CCTV were active. Staff was friendly and supportive. Good infrastructure.

Staff was friendly however there were incidents of somebody knocking on the door but when answered nobody was there, reception was asked to check the camera for any suspicious person knocking on the door and doing mischievous activity but staff never came back with the answer on who did it. Check out day morning food ordered in the room was not good. Khichadi was too blunt & chilly cheese toast had too many chillies.

LOT OF VARIETY OF FOOD CHOICE. BUT THE DINING ROOM IS SMALLER COMPARED TO NUMBER OF GUESTS. THEY SHOULD SERIOUSLY THINK OF EXPANDING IT.

ABSOLUTE LACK OF COORDINATION IN THE RECEPTION DESK. WHEN I BOOKED VIA BOOKING.COM I HAD ASKED FOR EXTRA BED AND I ENQUIRED ABOUT IT SEVERAL TIMES OVER PHONE .THEY SAID OK. BUT WHEN I REACHED THE HOTEL NOBODY IN THE RECEPTION DESK WAS AWARE OF IT. THERE IS NO INFORMATION ABOUT MY REQUIREMENT AMONG THE STAFF. THEN AFTER WAITING FOR 45 MINUTES AT THE DESK A ROOM WAS ALLOTTED TO ME, VERY SURPRISING AND IRRITATING EXPERIENCE AS THE HOTEL CLAIMS TO BE A LUXURY HOTEL. MUST IMPROVE COORDINATION AND THERE SHOULD BE MORE ENGLISH SPEAKING STAFF ESPECIALLY TALKING OVER THE PHONE.

excellent service, polite and courteous staff and very prompt service. Roshani was particularly helpful and so were all the others. All in all a great experience. Will definitely come back again.

Very spacious and clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location for connectivity. Overall experience feels a lot more luxurious than what one would expect at the price.

The parking is a little limited, (the open ground next to the hotel gets very muddy and slushy in the rains. Other than that there’s nothing much that’s wrong.

Reception staff was/is not good. They gave false information. Also, if u call them for service to attend at room. They didn’t send service person. Also, as it is 5 star property but they don’t have Smart TV where we can not watch our OTT apps.

Great location on the highway, since I was returning to Mumbai and it was late at night, it was a perfect location for a stop before continuing on our trip to Mumbai. Rooms are clean, comfortable and breakfast was a nice spread.

When I first entered the hotel as a walkin guest, the manager on duty casually refused a room saying the hotel is full. I stepped out made a reservation through Booking.com, came back and was allocated a premier room. At 11.00 pm after a long day, this was disappointing to say the least.

Sayaji has been the Go-to property in expressway area.. convenient, excellent staff and great food options - especially breakfast spread is lovely.. rooms are nicely maintained and the staff well trained. All in all, family had a good time.

Parking can be a bit of challenge as many events and weddings happen in the property.. valet team is quite efficient and hence its not much of an issue..
