BreakFast was tasty and sumptuous. The staff was very helpful and courteous..... During, breakfast there is a sudden surge in the guests - maybe a better planning or organisation of queue would help control the crowding and leave you with a large number of satisfied and happy guests...

the washbasin in the bathroom was getting clogged frequently... maybe the plumber/housekeeping could mend it....

Day 1 was a disaster in the Restaurant when we were seated in the corner and were required to wait nearly an hour for Veg Biryani. Day 2 onwards, we sat on table number 1 with Ashwini providing exceptional service. We sat on this table on day 2, 3 and 4 of our stay for lunch/dinner or both and I must say, she maintained high standards on all the days. What I eventually realized is not to go for corner tables and go for the centre ones! Singapore Noodles and Black Forrest Cake on day 2 was excellent.

Day 1 at the corner table, the service was poor. The waiter was least bothered about serving us despite me repeatedly reminding him. I had to eventually complain to the Manager who set things right.

The rooms are excellent, though this time we got a smaller room. The breakfast is simply outstanding. Probably, one of the best breakfast spread I have seen and the taste is amazing too. It's a huge hotel with a nice view, swimming pool and other amenities. Right on the highway, so no need to travel in the city traffic too.

Didn't get a chance to go into the pool as there was a wedding celebration near the pool in the night and the staff denied entry from early evening. Though I could see few guests from my room after an hour, the staff denied the same over the phone.

Breakfast. Very friendly staff. Room Size. Comfortable bed. Clean.

In general the rooms need more love and care. Furnitures and fixtures are clean but worn and tired. The hotel is in need for some investment. The water bottles provided are not sealed. There are no rubber seals in the reusable bottles which would make them vulnerable to contamination.

front desk officer where rude and had shared wrong info regarding the same first they said one person added will charge 1100 plus taxes then they say 1500 plus taxes.when i ask why they said the are new to the desk ans started arrguing with me.As i had travel from last 8 hours could not argue and told them to do the things.its also take lot of time

The location is excellent....right on the highway. So getting in and out is easy! The rooms are big. We had a room with a view towards the Balewadi stadium. It was great! The breakfast was terrific! The hotel's premises are fantastic....green and great for a morning walk!

The walk from the reception to the room is too long and unpleasant (goes through banquet area, then other dark areas) The lift light was not working in the night. The bathroom could be slightly better.

The TV is old style LCD fixed to the wall, mking it impossible to connect a firestick ..lack of outlet near TV means cannot connect laptop/hdmi...

Excellent value for money. rooms are neat, the food is extremely good : tasty, each dish quantity is also right & price is reasonable for the quality of food served. even the cafeteria had some truly excellent cookies. u can make out the chefs pay attention to detail.

wifi is quite slow, probably everyone is streaming movies etc. i found it difficult to even use my email on the wifi.

Love the location. Good staff. Booking experience could have been smoother but we got the rooms on time.

Would have liked the bathroom as well as the beds to be a bit cleaner. The dust on the bed as we arrived was pretty noticeable. Also, there was kind of a learning curve to operate the lights.
