The hotel is good, the staffs are cooperative and well-behaved. Facilities are good. The location is near the sea but far from the centre.

Check out time is 8-00 AM which may problematic for maximum tourists. It should be after 10-00 AM, preferably at 12-00 noon.

We have been going to Puri for the past 50 years and this property surely stands out to be one of the best FIVE . Moreover...they had arranged a PANDA ( PRIEST) for giving offers to SREE JAGANNATH MANDIR at a very reasonable honorarium. Also arranged for a car for sightseeing. Very smiling & helpful staff .

They have publicized the property having a PRIVATE BEACH which they don't have but the beach is just across the road and they gave us CHAIRS from the hotel to sit on .

Food... Loved the in room dining service. Super food preparations. My wife and I enjoyed each every meal we had in the hotel. Breakfast too also good, although not too elaborate as one would experience in regular hotel chains but I was quite happy with their spread. Good staff, very polite and responsive. The Front office team was very efficient.

The hotel may explore to provide shuttle service to Shree Jagganthji Temple at regular interval and may include this into the hotel tariff. Local transport is limited to Autos (in case one is not having transport) which are a bit expensive, for a short knock of 3/4 Kms they charge Rs150 one way, which goes up to Rs 250 if the distance increases.

The hotel is clean and tidy, good buffet breakfast, staff is very courteous and helpful. HAd a great time as our 2 rooms had attached balcony so both the families enjoyed a lot. DIrect infornt of beach awesome view from balcony, clean beach in front was a plus. I booked 1 room through booking and 1 room directly. Booking was smooth and easy. Both rooms were superb. We loved our stay and time there. Food ordered in retaurant and room service was tasty and up to the standard. They had pandit ji who helped us with darshan as well so it was a plus too. That u. recommending to family and friends too.

Liked everything there. Puri is awesome and so is the hotel.

The ambience and staff are really good. Food was awesome & tasty. Will definitely visit again. Just a heads up for all, you have to pay at least half of the total amount for security before check in date.

Everything was so good, they will take care of everything you ask, but it would be better if we receive a call as well for the prepayment, as checking emails while traveling is bit impossible.

The location. On the marine drive itself. The beach opposite is very clean as it is away from the more crowded golden beach and swargdwar beach. New property. one year old only. Stff is eager to please Complementary.breakfast is a decent spread.

The rooms are very small. Fits just a couple. Anyting more, and it will be uncomfortable. The complementaries like tea/cofee satchets and toiletries are bare minimum. Just level of what are ept in oyo rooms. No extra towels or linen. Have to ask more The check out time is 8 am.The reception starts ringing you from 8 am ,reminding you that you have to check ou. You cant complete your sleep. And the hurry pace with which the bellboys lad up at doorstep makes you feel you are being thrown out.

In Breakfast we relished different cuisines - of North and south India - and daily Menu was different, Location wise the Hotel is in a quite and serene place . Stayed in balcony with sea view room.

Weekdays are comparatively peaceful but in weekends one odd big group came out of somewhere,for a day and played loud music, got drunk and fought amongst themselves with poor control over them. Management need to know this in order to plan protective strategies for future to tackle such things faster rather then let it happen for 1-2 hours.

The hotel is very good and very well located. Far from the crowd of swargadwar. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The entrance can be little less crowded and the hotel banner in the night must glow.

Location, clean Toilet, facility, breakfast, in-room dining, food taste is excellent, excellent friendly staff and bed.

The rate is higher than the facility. Some ceiling places cobweb are seen. The room size and toilet size is small. Check out time is inconvenient.
