The property exterior n interior design was awesome. A royal look n feel. The breakfast was very good bt dinner was nt upto the mark. Biriyani you must not miss .

The staff co ordination is very poor.The staffs are not well trained to serve the guests of such a royal n huge property. The staffs are not professional. The staff training has to be done.

The property is fantastic and very new. All the rooms face Valley, with beautiful views. The staff is exceptional and the support.

Ok Restaurant option in the hotel is very limited, and service is relatively slow.

The staff were wonderful, and no request went unturned. We felt pampered. The location, while about 20 min from the main city is perfect since it’s got fantastic hill and some lake views all around. It felt like a true getaway being excellent value for money.

There is only one restaurant at the property so if you’re staying for a long time, it can feel boring - though you can also eat at the bar as well as the poolside

Impressive property! Well-constructed with excellent amenities! The architecture is outstanding, brilliantly designed and aesthetically pleasing.

We missed out on a personalized experience since the staff was occupied with extensive bookings and events most of the time. While they were courteous, it would have been even better with a more personalized touch. Aside from that, everything else was flawless. We also experienced their excellent service at their Coorg property, comparing to that, we felt it lacking here.

All staff are excellent, Bhumika, Krishna, Vishwajit in their restaurant were only too pleased to serve and look after you for every need that you may have and waited on us all the time and ask if there was anything more they could do for us.

Service, Staff and Property all exceptional and would recommend to any family for their premier stay at this hotel that has a beautiful setting and a location where the air is fresh and light away from all pollution.

Absolutely stunning property with the most hospitable staff. Buffet options and food were a bonus. Food was great! Cannot recommend this place enough. Staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Had the best time at the hotel! 5* experience

Aurika gave my parents a luxurious experience and a comfortable stay. Having seen them first time since covid, I wanted to take them away for a day or two to Udaipur just to wind down and relax, and I'm thankful to Aurika's amazing hospitality to enable that. I always believe that there can be problems and issues, but it is the way one deals with them, and it is their 'intention', that truly matters. Had a little bit trouble with payment due to my international debit card/bank account which sent me into anxiety, but the way Prakash Menaria, present on the front desk, dealt with the issue is what really made the difference. It is his warmness and kindness that I will forever remember. An utterly professional, yet friendly, person Prakash is, and this is a shout out to him !! Can't wait to visit you again, Aurika! And this time i'd definitely try the spa which looked tempting!

The payments system should be a little more flexible for people using international debit cards/PayPal. Giving guests visiting from abroad limited options to be able to pay ain’t very friendly, but I liked the way staff took my feedback and understood the point.

Its a nice experience with a feel like living in a fort. Food was good, especially the chef (Vijender and his team) took well care of the food requirements. Spa services was excellent and superb, its a must try experience if you are staying.

Hotel has a good policy of using recycled water for WC and plants but it leaves a stinking smell in the room and the plantation passage. Jacuzi needs to be improved as the JET pressure was negligible. More attention to pool cleanliness will further increase the swimming experience.

Very nice prooperty with nice view. But a little bit far from city center. It is not a palace hotel but built like palace. Initially i booked thinking its a palace hotel. Hotel was very clean. Staff was good. Food was nice but on the expensive side. Since it is far from City, need to take food from hotel.

Food was expensive. A bit far from City. So, you cant go out for restaurants.

Awesome location, great palace like property. Great airport pick up and chauffeur services. We used Sunil from the hotel team for all 4 days. Golf cart service was fantastic

Our only disappointment was lack of service excellence training and gaps in process. Staff were trying but unaware of basics like- checking in, bringing a spoon/stirrer with coffee /beverages. Breakfast buffet seating was free for all vs organised. I gave some feedback that was implemented straight away by Rishi at the restaurant
