The location of the hotel is very good. The front desk staff is responsive to requests and overall good service

The rooms are a little cramped

Since it is a newly built Hotel i must say it is awesome to stay in, best part is it is located near to all major tourist places, the room size is fine for a couple but becomes congested with 3 people, rest everything is good, Food is awesome and Rooftop experience is amazing, prices are fine

Extra bed on the ground actually I expected a single folding bed with mattress will be given. The room size is small but all the amenities furniture is provided due to which no space is left in the room becomes very congested which I did not enjoy.. Breakfast was repeated on the 3rd day which was not good at all,2nd day we had a lot of variety to enjoy in the breakfast, but if ordered from the menu then it's good. Things like Dal Khichdi should be served with curd,pickle, and papad but nothing was there then I had to request them and got it so that was good.

Location was great. Lunch and dinner was excellent. Good value for money and delicious food. The staff was helpful and polite. Everywhere was very clean.

Excessive use of mothballs….our room stank of them. We found 6 under the bed. They are everywhere. Too much, too toxic. Unpleasant smell and having to breathe in toxic fumes if them.

The hotel has an excellent location, at some 900 m from the palace (which can be seen from the terrace). It has nice rooms, decently furnished and heating during the winter, which is a huge plus. Very nice reception staff, we were given the room upon arrival, during the morning, since it was already cleaned up.

The breakfast, strictly vegetarian and Indian, with not even eggs.

The property is new and clean. The breakfast and service was good. Location is walking distance (10-15min) from the main tourist spots. You need to tell the rickshaw “RMV road”. They also have a good rooftop restaurant but with very limited menu. There is an SBI ATM opposite the property and a nice park called Gulab Park nearby.

No complaints about the property but there were these loud speaking disturbing Gujrati group of tourists staying on our floor who had zero etiquettes.

Location is very close all the major tourist attractions. City palace view from the room and rooftop Cafe is exactly same as shown in the pictures. Breakfast was decent. Very thing was good. No complaints.

The entrance should be easily accessible to old travelers. There is a flight of 10stairs that one needs to take. Though elevator option is there in the basement the entry point has a steep slope. A bit risky for old traveller's

The amenities look very new, the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is not too bad - one can walk into the city center within 10-15 minutes (note that cars are not allowed into the center), just that the road is not very nice for pedestrians. It's not a very traditional hotel, rather business-style, which is fair and mentioned in the description.

There are no laundry services available, breakfast was okayish and the room size was on the smaller side.

Very attentive staff. They don't have laundry on site as indicated but they helped us get laundry done externally Big and comfy room We didn't use the daily cleaning but it's available leaving the key

They had a problem with water and we didn't have any for a few hours in the afternoon. The fridge in the room didn't work. No locker in the room

Good location, it was new, good staff. Make sure you book 23m room as this was large enough. Breakfast suited me fine as it mainly vegetarian Indian. Staff are good but English seems to an issue with some.

Toilet holder nearly falling off, hand towel looked dirty. Not made clear to take a picture of the notice board as it indicates that you need to hand in your door key if you want your room cleaned.

The hotel was nice and the staff very helpful.

The breakfast options are not very good. The sign says that they open at 8am but as of 8:20 they were still assembling the breakfast area. Made planning for early morning excursions a challenge. The location was ok but it's a bit from the city center (more than I had originally thought from the description but do-able with a tuk tuk).
