Very helpful staff, spacious and clean rooms. 5-10 mins walk from main temple. Great food via room service from the restraunt next door at a very reasonable price (at zero commission). The airport taxi I booked was delayed but the manager booked another one at a very short notice - saved us from missing our flight - thanks to the staff! They ask for online advance payment (which doesnt say so in their listing) but the manager accommodated us as we were from overseas and didnt trust sending money.

Water pressure was too low in the bathroom taps and shower. The shower barely worked and the bucket/mug were too dirty - which they replaced on request. They turned off the hot water at night which is not great when you are with a 5 month old baby - took over an hour to get hot water running, they offered to bring some to the room in buckets though.

The hotel is relatively new, and the rooms are spacious. The location is excellent, just a 6-minute walk to the temple. The staff is very helpful. Rahul, the manager, contacted me the day before my stay and arranged a reasonably priced cab to pick me up. Since my train to Mumbai was in the evening, he allowed a late check-out and provided a space for me to rest even after checking out.

There is no wardrobe in the room, and the bathroom arrangements are not very good. There isn't even a towel rod in the bathroom, though this is a minor issue.

First of all very pleasant staff including the hotel Manager. Our flight got delayed and they arranged the cab from airport and they were constantly in touch. The family room is worth the money. The food that was served is good too When we had to go the temple at 4:00 AM, they arranged the auto (though the temple is walkable it was raining) Overall I found 9 coin hotel very good

Walkable distance to Gate 2 (Free darshan entry). Centrally located, yet very silent. 24x7 hot water. Room service ordered food was tasty for reasonable price. Hotel was able to arrange cab to airport for better than outside price. Staff behaviour was decent. Sticked with the same price mentioned on the Booking.com, although had to GPay advance as soon as booking was confirmed.

Paint is beginning to come off at some places. Flush system in toilets needs some adjustments No Soap holder.

The Hotel was nice and clean and room size was decent. The Hotel location was neither very close to the Sai temple, no very far. Auto were readily available.

Hotel was good, but there are few things they can certainly do to improve the facilities like. More space in room for luggage. Electric Kettle Space in Bathroom for toiletries Bathroom Accessories

Newly built hotel and a walking distance of 15 mins from the temple gate. Everything was superbly maintained and clean.

Restaurant was not functioning fir breakfast Toilet hand pump socket was loose Booked a room for 4 people and only 2 towels, 1 soap, 1 dental kit was provided Despite paying well in advance extension was denied though we checked in around midnight and checked out early morning to avoid inconvenience

Everything was perfectly fine. Food was good. Location is best, in a silent calm place situated near the gate no.2, and just 10mins walk to prasadalay. Staff was very good.

The hotel's wifi frequency is very bad. Our phone network can't work there and their wifi doesn't get good signal.

Cleanliness and standards.

No Restaurant at the location. Not able to accept international Debit or credit cards. How many people will carry Cash to pay and No ATM's availability for almost a mile in all the directions. How many NRI's will have an Indian banks issued credit or Debit cards handy? Even in this digitalization people are forced to pay in Cash and there is no way of tracking the transaction where the manager can pocket the money.

It is a relatively new property within 10 minutes walking distance from Sai Mandir. The staff are attentive and service minded. The room size is comparatively comfortable for a small family with adequate storage shelfs.

The bathrooms cleanliness needs to be improved. They seems to be getting worn out with use. There are no inhouse restaurants, will need to walk at-least 5 minutes for a good meal.

Nice and comfortable stay. Very helpful staff, location is also near Sai Baba Temple. You can do a 5-7 minutes walk to the temple or take an auto. You can find a few food joints nearby. Hotel is very near to Sai Teerth amusement park. I recommend this hotel for both family and couples. Please give it a try...
