We had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. Food was very good. Breakfast had a good variety to choose from. Lunch and dinner menu was also very good. Rooms were clean, housekeeping was good. Free pick up and drop at the temple was really helpful. There was hardly any wait time for it. We had booked for Aarti at noon, but I got to know that they provide this facility (pick up and drop) even during odd hours like early morning (4:00 am) Aarti/Darshan, which is amazing. Great hospitality. Very happy that we choose this hotel and we will definitely continue to do the same for our future trips to Shirdi.

The hotel staff are caring and attentive, the room we have stayed, overall facilities are exceptional and quodos to all for a memorable spiritual trip. The restaurant food is very tasty and many items we have tried are top quality and value for 💰. The complementary transport, Innova is well maintained and useful for a quick trip to temple.

Pizza Quality needs little improvement as the cheese is saggy, and flour is hard but other items madeup this item

The property is situated in easy proximity of desired landmark , food was great, staff was quite flexible and help ful, neatness is maintained properly, morning break fast was yummy. The most important point was that hotel provided the free taxi service for temples whenever needed. keep it up.

I dont find any thing which was un-likable , however rooms could have added with soft tissues and washroom mat to avoid sliding, however over stay was satisfactory

The hotel was so nice and pleasant. The staff and the restaurant people were so nice and humble. Really felt like home. The breakfast was fantastic and different variety each day. Will definitely be back. Plus is that hotel is slightly away from the busy temple area. So you can sleep in absolute quietness. They provide free pickup and drop to temple without a single complain. Felt nice and secure staying at Sai Neem Tree Hotel.

The bathroom flush was running water . We asked them to fix it but nobody did it. It felt like a constant waste of water.

This hotel is a gem! It is located only 500m from the Mandir area/center but the hotel nevertheless offers a free drop-off/pick-up service by comfortable car. The room was spacious, comfortable. The service is EXCELLENT, the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves some delicious dishes that you just have to try! And great service there also! Without a doubt superb value for money for the room and facilities with service and kindness that money can’t buy!

Not so much a dislike but a concern: the stairways near the restaurant are made of beautiful black marble, but that means that the contrast between steps is low, especially in the evening. So mind your steps when using those steps 😁

This was the best food I have had in Shirdi. There were plenty of options. All the food was very tasty. The staff was always around to help with anything. We had the breakfast and dinner included package. Both the breakfast and dinner were amazing. There were so many options to choose from. Sunil, at the dining services, was on top of everything, recommending dishes and even bringing out dishes we did not ask for because he knew we would enjoy eating them. The front desk was always on top of every question I had. The car was always available for pick up and drop off for Darshan. The security guard at the front was always pleasant and available for anything I needed. I was over the hill with the service provided by this hotel. I know that when I come to Shirdi, I will only stay at this hotel. It exceeded my expectations.

Location is 2 min drive from the temple. Prompt pick up & drop service offered by the hotel. They were also very helpful in explaining rules and protocols at the temple. Rooms are very clean, good condition with all necessary amenties as mentioned during booking. Also Good wifi strength. Very good restaurant on premise with lot of options & prompt service.

In a city which sees high turnover of pilgrims, maintaining the rooms clean is a challenge in itself. Sai Neem Tree has maintained it clean. Room as well as toilets were cleaned daily with clean linen and fresh toiletries replaced daily… Breakfast was also good and decent. The food option were ample.
