It was a good experience with the sai celebration inn. We had booked 2 rooms for the family. But rooms were not available on the same floor.. so the hotel manager suggested a sweet room which was comfortable. Rooms are clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the kitchen staff for helping me prepare food for my 7 month old son. Also, provided the drop and pickup to Sai mandir. Breakfast was good and very tasty. Suggest to select these hotels if you want to stay at Shirdi.

We wish the hotel was more accommodating of the needs of guests to extend the stay by a few hours beyond check out time. We came to Shirdi by the Vande Bharat Express (arrives at noon, departs at 5:45 PM). We requested to extend our checkout by four hours. We were quoted an exorbitant price, and then we were told it was not possible. Unfortunately, the hotel has no waiting area where we could even rest comfortably! Another major problem: the hotel was unable to accept our international Visa card.

The property is quite new so cleanliness and service staff is good.The inhouse restaurant and food was also great.Saroj one of the service is quite helpful.There is also pickup and drop off service available to the Saibaba temple.

The only issue I faced on the trip was that there was an issue with the flush one time in the morning which got sorted out offcourse and yeah the water doesnt drain quite easily after taking a shower...so might want to look onto that.

The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Hasslefree checkin. Theres enough parking area in the property. The breakfast was served hot and fresh, though they could include a fruit in the menu.

The hotel could keep a hot water kettle in the room. There were no racks in the bathroom to keep clothes. A night lamp is important for senior occupants. These are suggestions for improvement. Liked the hotel so no complaints.

Modern construction, new good quality and clean bathroom. Professional, efficient and courteous staff. Smooth check in/out. Prompt pick and drop service to Temple in a clean new car with polite driver.

Bed linen didn't feel very fresh/ clean. No drinking water in the room. No kettle/tea coffee making facility in the room.

The property is newly constructed seems the owner has a good taste, knows the customer need very well, they have good north indian menu which is very rare in shirdi with perfect taste.

The breakfast time is 8am , which should be at 7:3@ around as people has to travel in the early morning which prohibits them to have breakfast.

The food and breakfast was great and hygiene was maintained however the food was bit oily. Transport facility to the temple was an added facility not available with others and the close proximity to Sai teerth.

Rooms should have tea and kettle available for early risers and who prefer to have bed tea.

The food was just super delicious and affordable. It was a treat. The staff behaviour was great and the facilities are on demand. Walking distance from Sai Baba temple and Sai prasadalaya

The hotel is still new..no desserts on the menu yet. In room mini Fridge or safe would be a great addition.

Nice food clean bathrooms, good bed and pillows

TV not Recharged. Multiple times to give reminder to reception for same. Didn't have kettle in room which is basic nowadays .because being a tourist place if you need a hot water or tea at night comes handy
