Excellent location near to the big temple but still quiet at night (road noise during the day). The staff were extremely helpful and arranged me a tourist car for a day at short notice. The room was large and well appointed including with kettle and tea/coffee and hot water in the shower. Newspaper delivered every morning. The breakfast was excellent with a large selection of Indian dishes, fruit, cereal and toast. The restaurant was good and I ate there for lunch also and it had very nice south indian thali. Overall this is an excellent mid range business type hotel frequented by families and tourists that offers great value for money.

Nothing. Rooms are a little noisy due to the road outside but it was quiet at night.

Comfortable spacious room. Ours was at the back so we didn’t have a problem with road noise. Easy quick autorickshaw ride to the Big Temple (80-100 rupees).

WiFi access was hard at times. They didn’t give us the log-in and password info so we had to down to the desk to have them re-enter the information.

The room was clean and looked good. The hotel interiors were good as well. The staff were courteous. The location was good - Thanjavur temple is walkable (less than a km, probably not walkable for elder people). The (South Indian) breakfast included in the room rent was pretty reasonable. The restaurant in the hotel had a good menu and we ate from there a couple of times during our 2 day stay.

The hotel is close to the Old Bus Stand. There was a bit of noise coming from that - if you keep the windows closed (as would be tend to do in an A/C room), it was not too bothersome. We had booked a 3 occupancy room for 2 adults and one child with the expectation that we will get an additional bed for the child. However, the extra bed was still charged. I am not sure I understand the purpose of marking the room as 3-occupancy if we have to pay for the bed for the 3rd person.

We had booked room including breakfast, but no one followed or mentioned that.we ended up eating outside for the rest of the stay. The management should have given us info about the bf timings and the amenities. Do ask them about it else they would not tell you.

Check in The 3 members room we booked had only a double bed when we checked in, but the staff was quick to provide an additional bed. Better to inform in advance before you check in. Rooms The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Toilet was clean and had all the basic amenities. Food The restaurant food breakfast was good, wish the breakfast menu was slightly different on alternate days. Ala carte food was very nice, however the meals we ordered for lunch was average. Staff The staff was very courteous, The restaurant staff were very helpful. Room service was also good. Reception staff were very polite and helpful Location It is very near to the temple and palace and bus stand too..you have all amenities within 100 to 200 metres.

Rooms did not have a tube light. It was very difficult to read in dim light... Blaring announcement of fruit rates from roadside vendors speakers AC water was dripping inside the room...

Nice big room. Good breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. As I travel alone, it was good to have a bar area to sit in in the evening. I even met some other travels there who were staying in a less desirable hotel. They came back for breakfast too.

Spacious clean rooms ,bathroom , storage, kettle &, refrigerator available. On-site veg @ non-veg restaurant, car parking . Proximity to visiting sites.

They should provide more numbers of tea bags . They are spooling otherwise good quality by charging more than double for drinking water 🙁

Hotel was fantastic, had staff to guide us from the middle of the road to the hotel as we’ve booked it 2 days prior to Diwali. Receptionist was available and handle customers with no issue.Dont miss the breakfast it’s awesome !!!

À part from small mosquitoes, everything was impeccable

A lovely sanctuary from the main hub bub of tourist place. Close to beach and lovely staff!

The a/c and water was a little temperamental but the stsff helped to fix this so it was likely operator error!

Clean modern bathroom and comfortable beds. The rest of the hotel was clean and tidy, and there were two very good restaurants on site, all of which accepted cards for payment.

There was a balcony, but unfortunately not much of a view over the town, but that was a minor detail.
