The staff are very attentive and welcoming. We were there during the first day of the pongal celebrations and they invited us to participate. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, and the King Premium suite we stayed in was large with a seating area. It's also on a quiet street right off a main thoroughfare, and an easy autorickshaw ride away from all of the sights.

As it's a new hotel no autorickshaw drivers knew of it, but we were easily able to direct them with directions from our phone.

The staff was most helpful. Room com table and light. No noice from outside the building. Meal in Resturant excellent.

Terrible noice I think coming from the elevator, but not sure, didn’t need an alarm clock!!! Choice of food for breakfast could have more international dishes.

Very nice property in the heart of the town. Very clean and comfortable with good bathrooms. Very courteous staff.

The restaurant is sadly lacking in variety and staff. They must give at least a basic menu and a buffet breakfast.

Located in a quiet side street that runs parallel to a busy one, where getting a rickshaw & something to eat is easy (we can recommend Cholapuram restaurant). Not too far away at all from tourist attractions if that is what you are in town for, as we were. This place seems fairly new, so everything is in good order and clean. We had a suite which was lovely and spacious - shame about the view of the waste ground next to the hotel.

Do NOT accept room number 215. It is the noisiest room that we have ever stayed in. It is next to a lift shaft, has the upstairs reception desk right outside the door, with a loud phone that echoes down the corridor and where the housekeeping staff like to congregate and have a chat. We did not discover this (apart from the lift) until late at night, after we had unpacked and settled in. We were out all of the next day but the 2nd evening brought the same problems; with hindsight, we should have made the effort to move. When we mentioned this on check out, the staff member did not seem to be bothered in the slightest. As per a lot of hotels in India, the hooks upon which to hang your bath towels are located right next to the toilet. Despite this being fairly new and having all the amenities that you could want, there was no toilet roll holder - which is also unhygienic. We named the breakfast waiter Manuel (Fawlty Towers). He got incredibly flustered very easily, made hard work of the smallest things and on the 2nd day that we were there, a member of reception staff was having to help him out. There was not a wedding on while we were there (I think that this is the main business of this hotel) and I can't imagine the noise level if there were - the building has not been constructed with any noise dampening materials.

Mosquitos in the rooms although there were no windows to open. And breakfast was not meeting my expectations. They are clearly understaffed in the kitchen.
