The room and the bathroom was absolutely spotlessly clean and whitewashed. Friendly and well run place. Excellent reliable WiFi. You can see the Rock fort from the rooftop terrace and if you are lucky, you might catch it when it's all lit up in red for a short time at night. This hotel has the potential of becoming a big hit with foreigners, but then they need to get a few things back on track.

I picked this hotel because of the photos of the outdoor sitting areas and because it said that WiFi is available in all areas. WiFi only works in the reception! The rooftop doesn't look like the photos at all but it's very neglected. Have 2 tables and an ever decreasing stack of chairs. It can be used though. Aircon, toilet paper, toiletries and towel included it says. AC didn't work, soap and towel received after asking for it only. No toilet paper. Not a deal breaker by any means, but I let my personal supplies run completely out BECAUSE it was included! Nothing available in the immediate area either. Better correct the info on Booking.com. The hotel is still good. It's all about expectations vs. reality!

The things I appreciate about this property: - Sustainability measures: They provide RO water on all floors, and we can refill it anytime. No single-use plastics or toiletries are encouraged. - The staff are so polite and helpful. - Rooms are pretty neat - Have a beautiful view of Rock Fort from the room -Have good restaurants nearby -Property is very close to Chatiram Bus stand (walkable) -Worth the money

Good service.. clean.. we got the big room.. we liked the calmness in there..the only one room in fourth floor.. so we get a peaceful place for study and prepare for our exam..staffs are very friendly..the main bus stand is very close..and main street market is nearest..

Room was comfortable and very clean with working satellite to. Located away from the road down a relatively quiet street near the Rock Fort Temple

The staff or people around reception were often noisy talking or clattering about doing jobs at various times through the night which we found very inconsiderate. Also no hot water in showers

This is located in hot of the city, we can take a bus or auto or cab to go wherever we want. Very clean and hygiene. Staffs are really very polite. Very near to chatram bus stand (walkable distance) , we can see the world famous uchi pillayar temple from this hotel balcony. Worth for our money and we can stay with our family without any hesitation or any unwanted or any unnecessary doubts.

Nothing to add since they recently start this hotel. Somewhere I saw in booking.com that, here we can get complementary breakfast and wifi connection. But both are missing here.

The location, friendly staff, free filter water, warm water shower and feel safe for my belongings and my safety.

At 1st were given room with dirty bed sheets but as soon I told them, the front staff changed my room with cleaner bedding/ different room. Water licking in bathroom, I told staff to fix it as it’s wasteful.

My stay was good really better than my last stay....my last stay was bit uncomfortable with food and tea service I went to search hotels for food and refreshments for myself and my wife but this time they've arranged hotel facilities which is attached to the hotel....am happy with tea coffe service they provide room service facilities but good was horrible we came for some temple Pooja purpose the place and room were cleaned and hygiene i hope that my next stay will more better than this time..... Thank you

Good for solo traveller's and located at a walkable distance from the bustand.

Rest room could have been little spacious and there isn't any parking facilities.

Located in a prime spot, it was very much helpful for me to visit various main places from here. Rooms were clean, well maintained, staffs were courteous and the pricing was very reasonable.

Although I didn't go by car, parking will be a trouble, however management told there's a nearby paid parking for 4 wheelers where we can park. Toiletries could've been provided when I checked-in, had to ask separately, but the management provided to me on spot.

Location is near to Busy Chathiram Bus Stand. Exactly back side of Kalyan Jewellers from the main Road. Nice Hotel for overnight stay. Overall experience good

The Space between Cot and TV is small enough for a person to get through. Dining facility, tea and Coffee not available in the Hotel. one has to go nearby ( 300 meters from Hotel) for boarding wherein lot of Restaurant available for variety of Foods
