1) The breakfast spread was amazing, with most items being among my favorites. I would rate the service four stars. 2) The room was comfortable, and I couldn't have asked for more. 3) The location is a place I would love to revisit repeatedly; it offers a perfect blend of everything imaginable. I believe the hotel team's contribution makes a significant difference. My rating is entirely based on my experiences and interactions with them. On the first day, while enjoying breakfast, I was disturbed by another guest's loud burping. I found this behavior unpleasant and had to leave before finishing my meal. I believe the hotel management could potentially improve the situation by providing guests with a brief overview of table manners during check-in, perhaps accompanied by a visual reminder in the room.

Very close to the town centre. The room was big and excellent (28 sqm2). Good value for money. The hotel will charge 2000R for checking in before 12 noon although the room is ready. So I waited in the lobby until 12 noon. A lot of banks and ATM machines nearby. Very good exchange rate when taking money out with CHASE card at ATM machine. SPACE barbecue restaurant near by was very good, and very good price.

The lifts are very small. 1 lift big enough for 1 people and another lift for only 4 people.

Staff are good and polite and Responsive to every request and all requests are mostly met. Cleanliness is maintained. Overall i am happy with the hospitality.

Power points for Iphone chargers not avalaboe. However the front desk people have provided adopter immediately on request. Food quality (Taste) can be improved and more number of items in NV have to be provided.

The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I was upgraded to a lovely suite when my category of room was fully booked. They arranged a trip for me to the Southern tip of India when the company I was meant to go with let me down at the last minute. There was a really good choice for breakfast.

I was expecting typical Kerala food in the breakfast and it was there. But it could have been better in terms of variety, taste and bit more warm

The lobby could look better. The bar was bit crowded with local crowd. Missing service as hardly two persons trying to manage the slightly crowded bar

Been to the hotel after 15 years and they have maintained well. Though a little old fashioned rooms but spacious. Good food for dinner and breakfast buffet. Rooms were comfortable and with good air conditioning. Staff were extremely helpful.

Should open up the rooftop to family dining too, keeping it only for bar and snacks robs you of excellent space for relaxation in the open specially for dinner.

The hotel and the room were excellent. The facilities in the hotel were good. The location of the hotel is close to the city centre and all the places of interest were 10-15 minutes away.

The swimming pool was heavily chlorinated and the food at the restaurant was average.

room was clean and spacious. Staff were fantastic. Used the spa .Anoop who works in the Spa was really good in doing keratin hair treatment and facial.. Great experience and relaxation during the stay. Classic colonial style decorations and paintings.. Beautiful hotel .Food is really good

the staff was really good, friendly, humble and always ready assist…the staff experience in South Park was really exceptional..the property is old but still kept clean and good in the best possible way

the property is kinda old and hence it’s needs a lot of renovation and refurbishments..the washroom tiles and other things in the washroom doesn’t look clean though it might have been clean by the housekeeping team..the pool was absolutely not clean the water was green in color

Location, courteous staff and housekeeping. Very professional. Rooms were very pleasant, neat and ample spaced. Overall bang on value for money.

Breakfast could have been better. Air condition knobs were non-functional. Rest was all superb.
