Lovely pool, reasonably sized, which had a swim up bar. The staff were lovely and the restaurent served excellent food. Close to the airport and the hotel arranged transport for us. The hotel had a nice ambience. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room, a fridge and a balcony. We had a lovely one night stay.

The air conditioning in our room was a not very strong - as we were only there one night we did not try to have this rectified but everything else was very good.

The property was nice. Staff were very helpful.

We didn’t realise how much the breakfast was. If says on booking.com you can pay at hotel £2 but it was actually around £6.50. I only had a bit of toast and some coffee so maybe wouldn’t have gone in. Try to book breakfast included when booking. My mistake . We had lunch in hotel which was very nice and cheaper than the breakfast .

Checking in time 3.30 a.m. unless I pay the full amount the night duty manager refused to check in and offer the room. I did not book the hotel. But I didn't have problem with other countries as a frequent traveller. I told him to ring Booking. Com and sort out payment but he said that is not how it works. Then he wanted me to pay upfront extra charges for early arrival which I did. It was very unprofessional especially coming from London as a very long flight and tired too. But the GM was able to assess the situation and apologies.

Homely decor and good reception . The break fast spread was good. The check in and check out was handled efficiently with the discounts applied correctly. The linens and other room refreshments were good.

Nothing specific to complaint as it was also a short stay. The coffee ordered in the room could have been better though it was told it is a filter coffee.

Thank you! We enjoyed our stay at Uday. There is very helpful staff in this airport hotel. Dinner was excellent. Chef made delicious fish specially for us. friendly waiters took care of us. Lovely garden and pool. Clean and beautiful rooms with own balcony.

Both the hotel and the service from Airport pickup to departure was impeccable. All the staff were out to help with a smile at every turn. We had a 5 year old with us who was no well after a 22 hr flight and the hotel accommodated all our additional requests under the circumstances. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and breakfast above anything expected with a wide array of regional specialities and traditional international fares

The hotel is exactly like in the pictures. I can only add that also the food and the staff were excellent.

If you don't need the airport, the location of the hotel is terrible. For me it was okay, since I just wanted to stay one day before my early flight. But stay in this hotel for tourism just does not make sense to me. There is not much to visit around.

The bed was super comfortable and room was very spacious The staff very pleasant and polite and friendly...always greeted with a smile and welcome The pool was a nice treat after the busy town

I think the bathroom needed renovation And there was a bit of extra noise on the above floor Perhaps they could encourage people to respect others by keeping noise down

No complimentary pickup and drop from airport even though the hotel is a stone's through away from the airport.

Superb clean, excellently appointed rooms and attentive service made for a very comfortable stay

Alas I had to cut short a massage due to noise from ongoing building works next to the spa, probably best to close this facility until the work is completed
