Esther was very helpful at the check-in, she along with all staff at your property. Extremely prompt and helpful in accomodating requests. The propert is clean and very helpful with all requests. I will say, one n only one negative was their busy restaurant which didn't accept ala carte for lunch. But on the bright side I went to the place across the street and had a very delicious meal at Pragyaraj. Amazing. Anyway, overall comfortable stay and very good valet and services.

Hotel location, polite nature of staff, good food service, Ginger tea.

For frequent customers, the hotel manager can think of some perks and benefits but my room was not an auto upgrade. They took an extra 1600/- charges without including of breakfast.total cost was around 5k just for one day without any special offer.

Hotel staff and the overall services were good

Booking.Com was not transparent in spelling out the package deal. If breakfast was excluded from the package deal, it would have have clearly and better mentioned rather than confusing client with terms like EP. I disliked the transparency by booking.com. I had to shell out extra money for breakfast finally.

Breakfast was good. Esp the masala omelettes and uttapams. Staff was excellent. Everyone served with a smile and went out of their way for our requests. They packed us special breakfast early in the morning as we had to leave to the stadium early. They supplied us water bottles multiple times, always with a smile.

Construction and room renovations were happening, the noises of which were slightly disturbing. Also, i was on the 4th floor and the cigarette smoke from the 5th floor permeated into the room.

Rooms were really clean, hot powerful showers. Great staff, and really comfortable bed. Noise cancelling rooms so got good night sleep. Breakfast was good.

Rooms didn’t have slippers/ vanity kits etc, but were available on request. Air con was powerful and bit noisy, was bit hard to get the balance right.

The rooms are decent and in good shape. The restaurant downstairs provides 25% discount with with food when you have the rooms booked, which is a good thing.

The snacks provided in the room are not included in rooms cost which are an extra. Just be mindful.

Location was good. Rooms were nice and big. Esther from Front Desk was very good. Other FO staff very serious faces all the time. Need to smile a bit.

Breakfast cold section area saw a small cockroach. That was highly unacceptable.

Location, tea selection, bathrooms and comfy bed

AC was noisy and we could not control the blower or temperature. We requested non-smoking rooms and yet were given rooms that smelled of smoke. They asked us to continue but when insisted they changed the room.

ac blower noise is too much even in low setting, sleep get disturbed coz of the noise.

Room services are unsatisfactory, needed multiple reminders, cleanliness was below standard. Non smoking room also had bad odour of smoking. Hotel staff didn't inform me our complimentary breakfast on the first day so we missed it on the first day. While giving order of breakfast for the second day, they told us you have complimentary bf with your stay. I think they should have informed us at the time of our check-in..
